Carrabba's Italian Grill

was so impressed with my wife's bday dinner party at carrabba's...!
we tried the Tucson breadsticks tower,Tucson grilled chicken, chicken trio combo and soup(cold one but tasty). And tiramisu cake.....Wow......that was so delicious...

We all finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it.

Our waitress is new but sweet and helpful.....

I will definitely be back........

It's a banger 10/10.
My wife and I really enjoy this place. Allen is the best servers we have encountered when we go out. I am very thankful that they force him to live there, we are able to get him every time.

The food is great and just as consistent as the service. This particular Carrabba's is one of our favorites, we go out of our way to stop in. They never rush us, it's a great and relaxing atmosphere when paired with the service. It is a place you want to go to sit, talk and have a nice long meal.

Great memories can be made here.

Our server, Reuben, was excellent as was the food. Everything came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy, and Reuben was always right there to take an order or bring a new drink right when we needed him. He was obviously very busy, but also capable of handling that many tables at once. We had a great experience.

15 min wait and a worth meal with a glass of Moscato. I had a salad with sea scallops, which was delicious. My husband enjoyed his pasta with sausage also, brought half home, and enjoyed it again the next day.

Our server Julie, blonde hair, was fabulous! She was amazing. We loved her and she had us laughing so hard because she was so friendly. My sister had a wonderful time talking with her. My calamari was over cooked, but Julie took care of making sure everything was okay. We definitely will be back only because Julie took care of us so well, and her service was amazing.

Group of ten ladies. Everyone's food was delicious. Server handled the group well both serving and individual checks. Atmosphere very nice; we were able to hear each other ..something that's becoming harder to find. Nice parking.

I have been to Carraba's twice in the last month and while my wife did have a disappointing steak on the first trip, I don't really fault Carraba's. It was actually cooked as requested and had good flavor. It just turned out to be too chewy for some reason. I guess that's going to happen occasionally. Everything else we had was fantastic and I have to give a shout out to the amazing service. Our drinks never got close to empty. We were always asked about getting more bread before we ran out. In one instance, we were asked about getting more bread and we said yes. The bread literally came to our table as the waiter was walking away... that's crazy!

Our favorite restaurant, period. Great gluten free and dietary sensitivity, wonderful dishes, good atmosphere. Handles larger families well. Unfortunately this time the appetiser and entrees were served almost simultaneously making enjoying the appetiser difficult. Truffle fries are exquisite.

I gave this place 5 stars because of our server, Rich, who was able to take our group's orders (all 9 of us), get all of the orders exactly right, keep our drinks filled, and get us in and out in less than 45 minutes so that we could make it to our event on time.
He did a great job, and I'm thankful to him and the kitchen staff for getting our food to us. And the food was delicious!

As we were enjoying our meals, the soft jazz playing in the background was lovely! Low lighting really makes you feel so comfortable...

Can't wait to stop by here another time and check out some of their other meals.

My server Julie was AMAZING! She literally still took time to check back on all her tables and have genuine conversations. One of the best servers in Nashville I had had in at least 7 or 8 months and I eat out a lot! The food came out quickly and was hot and the bread was fresh and delicious. I’m very pleased with my impromptu dinner tonight

The food was very delicious, only small issue we had with the food was the scallops were undercooked but it was taken care of without hesitation! Would 10/10 recommend asking for Allen S. as your server! AMAZING attitude, professional and very funny! Personally witnessed today how well he deals with customers negative attitudes and we couldn’t do anything but praise him in the end for how professionally he handled the situation. This man deserves a promotion and a raise! We’ll be coming back for more experiences with him and great food!

Carrabba's is excellent always. This time was no exception. My daughter and I both ordered the filet and shrimp Toscana. The steak was cooked perfectly. The shrimp was just right also, not overcooked. The portion size was spot on as well. Mark, our waiter did a fantastic job. Very nice and made sure to check on us often. If I had to stretch for any negative it would be the house chicken soup. Menu says it is spicy. It was delicious, but not near what I'd consider spicy. Even then it's hard to give it a negative, because it was very good. If you haven't had Carrabba's I highly recommend going. They have a bountiful menu selection that will satisfy your italian cravings.

This place is great, the food and service were both excellent. We had great conversation with our bartender Will and he stayed till after restaurant close to make sure we had our meals comfortably because we were so late. Thanks!

My wife, kids, and myself recently visited the Carrabbas in Cool Springs and had an incredible experience. Our server, Kyra, was a dream. She was prompt to greet us, submitted our orderly very quickly, and everything came out with near perfect timing. We will definitely visit this restaurant again and probably request to sit in Kyra's section again.

Went here a few days ago because we had a gift card. We were seated promptly and had received great service from Julie! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively.

Last night, after being unserved despite waiting at our table for almost 30 minutes at Bonefish Grill, which is another restaurant under the Bloomin' Brand restaurant chain, located in Franklin TN, we left that restaurant and found our way to Carrabba's in the Cool Springs area. When we were seated at our table at Carrabba's, we were immediately served by Reuben. He provided superior service all night and we commented that the brand should hire him to manage Bonefish, as the manager at Bonefish let us sit at a table with no service for almost 30 minutes and offered only a half-hearted sorry and made us feel like we, as a couple, were unworthy of service. There were also other negatve Bonefish reviews by other customers related to management. Reuben, at Carrabba's, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged with his customers as we observed him interacting with other tables also. He has many years in the service industry and a promotion would be an excellent recognition of his dedication to the brand. My husband or I would be pleased to discuss our experience.

It had been over a year since I've eaten at this Carrabba's and now I am asking myself why did I wait so long to return. Everything was perfect -- food, service, atmosphere, even a comfortable temperature inside, (happy I did not freeze while eating dinner!) Arrived around 5:30 pm on a Thursday night and was seated right away, but it filled up pretty quickly. A popular dining spot and I feel it is because there is consistency with menu items and service. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was given a complimentary slice of the cannoli cake which is amazing so be sure and get a slice.
