CubeSmart Self Storage

We’ve had a several urgent home moving crisis and this Cubesmart location has always had our back! We’ve used them for personal & our businesses and they are so fast to help with everything we have ever needed, going into our 4th year living in Franklin. We’ve transitioned between multiple units here based on our different needs, and doing business with them is always stress-free (when moving is inherently is a stressful situation!). We continue to stay here over any other storage option nearby because the staff is so friendly & effective, it stays super clean, the temperature is controlled precisely, it feels very safe, and they don’t let the lightbulbs flicker badly like other rentals I’ve had. We’ve rented storage units all over the southeast and this location is hands down our best experience yet!

Brian and Julie have ALWAYS given outstanding customer service. It was seamless to move into our unit, they were helpful over the year we rented from them, and they were just as seamless with the move out process. They also helped us get our moms into their own unit. Can't say enough good things about them! Definitely rent a unit - you won't regret it!

I have a huge unit here I use for my job, in addition to a unit for personal use. Over the past three years they have been so helpful & kind with everything we’ve needed. Through multiple size changes they have always been quick, detailed oriented, and responsive in our transitions. It is always super clean, air conditioned, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Julie is AMAZING. She was so helpful and sweet trying to help me move from one unit to another and was available for all questions I had. I’ve used a few storage units in the area and this is by far the BEST. Prices and customer service are five stars

Excellent facility and location. No matter what time of day or night I had to access my storage, I always felt safe and comfortable. The process of booking and storing my items as well as closing my account was also super easy. I want to thank the staff, especially Julie W for helping me throughout the process. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend!

It’s a very nice and well run facility. Julie the manager and Bryan her associate are fantastic. They are both extremely nice and professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a storage facility in the Franklin area I highly recommend this place.

Julie the GM is very professional and kind. Everyone who I encountered while signing up, moving items in, and checking in while away oversees have been great to work with. There was one issue that came about through the computer system, but was quickly taken care of. I felt remembered and valued as more that just a customer.

CubeSmart is a great place, it’s clean and easy access. Julie at the front desk is sufficient helpful and easy to work with. It’s convenient to everything and on top of everything its competitively priced.

Yay for indoor storage. Decently priced and Brian was super helpful when I made the mistake of getting a unit too small and needing to go bigger. It seems like a safe place to store things for a couple of months until we move
