I just rented a storage unit here. Deonia was amazing! She was very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. The complex was very clean as well. The gate hours are from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Everyone I have worked with have been so nice and helpful. The office was nice and clean and the storage units were too. I was able to use one of their trucks to move all my stuff so that saved me money on renting one. Very pleased and glad I found them.

Deonia did an amazing job getting us a unit! I booked over the phone she was so great. Unit is well priced, good deals too!

This location (136 River Rock Blvd) is always kept so clean. I've never seen any other Storage Center decorate for the different seasons. John the property manager gots my respect. They have so many different size units as well to choose from whatever your preference indoors or outdoors.

My interaction with Deonia was amazing! She knows the knowledge and the questions that I asked. The customer service was beyond my expectations . The facility was clean and well prepared to my liking. If you are looking for storage please bring your business here you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I am a long time renter of a unit at this location and even when I moved out of state and would call John with a question, he was always so friendly and helpful. When I was finally able to come and move completely out but would arrive after hours, John went out of his way to help. I am so grateful and would recommend the River Rock location to anyone.

Mrs. Yolanda was very welcoming when I walked in. Very friendly and smiling. My time there was smooth and a very quick process.

Ever since John has been here at this location every holiday he decorates and it's always so clean. His personality is the best I've ever met.

John was amazing his service was beyond great. He recognized our name and already had us taken care of before we could ask for anything. The company is lucky to have him managing the business… I could guarantee that his retention rate is great just because you can hardly find the kind of customer service that he delivers these days

Marquis was incredibly helpful. I got stuck at the gate was afriad someone was going to make me feel like an idiot, but Maqruis came out and reassured me it happens to the best of us and showed me what i should do to avoid it happening again. He even let me know that I left my gas tank open. Was surprised because i didn't think anyone was paying that much attention to me but he was. Extremely thoughtful, great customer service.

The storage center was clean and Deonia was very nice and professional. Definitely 10/10.
