My boyfriend and I went to the Franklin Champs and we had an amazing experience. Briana(719179) was absolutely perfect! She helped us find everything we needed and sense the size we needed was out of stock, she went out of her way to order them for us and even offered to call another store in the mall to see if they were available there. All while helping other customers in the store! Such an amazing employee. Thank you so much Briana.

One of the best champs I’ve been too! Best customer service & employees. They even let us record a entire dance video in there store when outside the mall wouldn’t let us because of certain mall policies. Still highly thankful for those great workers! 🙏🏽❤

Clean,organized store. They didn't have the right size in. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to order them for me and had them shipped to my house at no extra charge.
