Very Helpful Staff great store for larger size shoes belts shirts jackets and pants. not a bargain store but they do have sales and specials so keep an eye out and get great products you can’t find and try on elsewhere!

I needed to replace a couple of older suits and I visited this store for the first time recently (I didn't know it existed before a Google search). I received excellent assistance and walked away with two new suits. I will definitely come back here when I need to purchase more items.

This was my first visit and it was great! Antonio was awesome! My friend said if I was going to start dating that I needed to update my wardrobe and quit looking like a bum. It was a great experience! It was so nice to find blue jeans in my size!

Had to get some new clothes after 3 years of working from home. I walked in and Jaleel greeted me and we went to work on my new Business Casual attire. He was excellent and really knows his stuff! He asked me what I needed and went to work! Very happy customer and now I look nice, too!

Angelo and Christi at the Franklin TN store helped me on two exchanges for which I am very, very grateful for. I have lost a lot of weight over the past 6 months due to illness and had some sport coats that no longer fit, but both still had all the tags on it. However, it was well beyond the 60-day return policy. They both independently helped me resolving this matter to my satisfaction. I will continue shopping there indeed.

Didn't know this place existed. Big and tall men's wear. They have sizes 2XL up. They had suits and casual clothing. The associates were helpful.

One of the few places I can get clothes! The staff has ALWAYS been super helpful and very accommodating. After 3 years of working from home, my wardrobe was in dire need of a refresh!
Jaleel was my sales guy and he is Phenomenal! We talked about what I was looking for and what sizes I needed and he picked out some shirts, slacks, and a belt that all got my wife's approval.

Angelo was a really cool dude 🤣 his approach is laid back but still pays attention to the customer and we loved it. My hubby hates shopping but we didn't feel like someone was standing over us. We will back. Friday to be exact.

Angelo was fantastic with every aspect of the shopping experience! From getting me setup in a changing room, finding and suggesting the proper size clothes, and even providing recommendations for color combos was very helpful. I really hate clothes shopping, but Angelo made it much easier than I was expecting. I will also point out that the size and color selections at DXL we're great.

The agent was so helpful, courteous, polite and made offers to ship anything that was not available to me right then. She represented well what great customer service should be. If I correct her name was Christi. Thanks so much because that was my first time in the store!

I was impressed with the gentleman that helped pick out a suit jacket, shirt and shoes for the event I had coming up. Very polite, knowledgeable and great styling cues. I will continue to purchase from this store.

This was my first time at a DXL and had an incredible experience. Angelo was kind and attentive when needed and was not pushy. I was able to find a ton of options from great brands (Brooks Brothers, Ralph Lauren, Vinyard Vines) at acceptable prices. This is the only place I will purchase clothing from in the future. If you’re a big guy, you need to make your way to this store ASAP!

Great selection and the guy helping us was awesome

This place had the selection I was looking for. Most places only have a rack or two for big and tall. This places had a lot to choose from. Prices were high but you cant find a place like this within 2 hours of my home. They had good stuff and a lot of different sizes. Very helpful staff.

Had some returns from online purchases. Store accepted them with no problem. Very nice cashier and friendly service!

As I fit the descriptor for this place I do shop at this chain. This one, like all I have been to, are great. A wonderful, mostly, seasonal selection, extremely helpful staff, and a clean organized store. I will be back. A lot.
