Ian was awesome at checkout helping with finding conditioner and we had John help us and he new so much about boots, his patience and knowledge took me from making a rash decision to really looking into the product line, ending up with a pair that were so beautiful I will pass them on to my family. Without his help and taste I'd have regretted not taking a good look and getting this beautiful pair I've dreamed of. Thanks for your help John and will be back

Awesome place to buy boots and shoes. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their pricing is better than Boot Barn and other retail stores and I was glad I didn’t have to drive too far to what I wanted.

I brought a girlfriend here who lives out of state and wanted her first pair of cowgirl boots. The staff was so friendly and explained everything to her on how to care for, how they should feel, what to expect, and even discussed how the brands vary. Very knowledgeable and will definitely be back!

Female Assistant Manager helped me out and I found the PERFECT boots for a great price. She was so helpful and fun to talk to. I’m in the military and she gave me a discount as well and thanked me for my service. All around stellar place!!!

So so so good. Husband is an avid cowboy boot wearer & staff was so kind, attentive, and educated. He ended up getting two pairs (one crocodile), a bolo tie, and a leather cleaner all under $250. Amazing!! Could not recommend this store highly enough. Definitely worth it to check out before you go to any of the normal boot stores.

If you need a bit higher quality shoes in Franklin go here first. If you need boots only go here. Skip all the work of shopping and get er done. This shop is the real deal. Super kind and friendly and their prices are fair!!! They have a large selection of women's shoes and boots for the whole family.

the people at French's were awesome. one of those rabbit out of a hat scenarios. had to find matching hats for s couple of children and they made it happen. the prices were great And the children were happy

I have shopped at Frenchs for many years. It’s a great business, with oftentimes unbeatable prices! However the manager of the Franklin location doesn't like me, and has been rude to me since the first time we interacted. It’s a real shame when someone makes a great place toxic, so I hope he can change his ways and start treating customers with respect.

The regional manager of Frenches, (I believe his name was Kyle) actually called me regarding my concerns on this matter. We hashed things out, and he put all my concerns to rest. He’s a really good dude, & it’s just nice to know that this company really does care about its customers. So if you like shopping at a place with good values AND with good prices, I would definitely recommend giving Frenchs a shot!

The service was excellent! !! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and even cleaned the boots for us before we left. We were visiting from Las Vegas and we really enjoyed the large selection and premier level of service.
