I really don't have words to express how dedicated and loving every single one of the staff is. They love the dogs I take in as much as I do. Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue could not find better treatment for our dogs. Thank you for all that you do!

As a pet parent you want to best care for your baby and we received that! The doc (Dr. Bremer) and tech (Carmen) were the dynamic duo. They were so invested in my baby. The tech got down on the floor with him and talked to him. Kept him calm. Held him lovingly. She had such a level of sweetness and thoughtfulness! She had a gentle and compassionate nature which was so incredible to see! You could tell she was absolutely born to do this job! Honestly receptionist was rude and seemed to have an attitude so I wasn't sure if I was even going to return. With the care I received from doc and tech is the only reason I will return!

I had a wonderful experience! My baby girl Bella, had to have some teeth pulled. She was takin such great care of and recovered amazingly.. Now let me tell you something about Pam. Pam is hands down soooo freakin amazing! They all are, but Pam is so awesome. Pam will make sure you’re takin care of, but most importantly she will make sure your fur baby is too!

Thanks Pam for everything! Also thanks to everyone for taking care of my baby girl and getting her to become a happy and healthy girl again!

They are so friendly and kind. They offer great pet care.

I've been going here for as long as I can remember, and for a good reason. Years ago, they helped save my one week old kitten from near death and one of the doctors kept him in her pocket all day to keep him warm.
My semi feral cat was very sick and they were able to quickly do tests while trying their best to make him comfortable, before they helped him to cross over the rainbow bridge. They explained the decision we had to make and went over the options very well. They completely understood why he lived outside and didn't question it, which I really appreciate.
They've done the same for two previous cats, both who had cancer. They thoroughly explained the choices we had and helped us to pick the right one.
Below is a picture of that very very sick one week old kitten- at age 7. He's the sweetest boy in the world and earlier today, he was sprinting laps around our house with another cat. I'm being serious with that last part, he's kinda crazy.

I cannot say enough positive things about the vets, vet techs, and staff here. Their knowledge, kindness, and compassion (for pets and their owners) is top notch. Dr. Ghiloni has been especially wonderful to our family and gone above and beyond with all our pets, whether it was a routine visit or when treating them when they were sick.

We've used them for 10+ years and love them. The vet techs and front desk staff are always so nice and the new vet, Dr. Shelby, seems really knowledgeable.

Definitely will continue to come here.

We love the VCA and Dr. Fox and the vet techs! Always a great experience. They know my dog on sight now and give him lots of loves!

First, I want to Thank the great ladies and Vet that helped me today with my baby Ivy!!!!! If I could give 10 Stars ⭐ I definitely would! I came in this morning with Ivy because she had bloody stools and diarrhea which scared me half to death, I didn’t have an appointment but the staff was gracious enough to fit Ivy in their schedule! They were so very caring and hospitable to all of my concerns! Although we believe that Ivy was dealing with stress since we are in transition of moving this staff really went above and beyond for us this is the type of staff I would want to treat my fur babies! 😊 Thank you…….

Great staff! I love the patience of the directors, especially Dr. Ghilony! Joe is always kind and Roberta, OMG! She is one of the few people that can control my tiny aggressive chihuahua. I might not know all the names but all of them are amazing! I enjoy the visits to VCA althought my dogs are always terrified, LOL. As some human adults, they do not enjoy the vaccines but those keep them healthy.

Dr Ghiloni is the best vet. I have been a client since 2003 and he and his staff took the best care of my cats. They were so kind to me when it was my fur babies time to go to kitty heaven.

Roberta the groomer did a fantastic job with my baby. I have had issues with getting his nails cut but she did the best job that he has ever gotten since I have first had them clipped. She also is very personable and has restored my faith in VCA.

Take your fur babies to Dr. Ashleigh Caplin!! It’s worth mentioning that I’ve never written a review for anything, but I AM the type to do my research for all things. I actually had SEVERAL different friends recommend Dr. C and it was the best decision I could have made. I’ve since sent several friends to her who also love & trust her. Dr. C is super helpful and very knowledgeable, always staying up to date- there’s been several times she’s mentioned best practices based on recent research, etc. Dr. C does such a great job explaining things and answering all of my crazy fur mom questions in a way I can understand how to best take care of my fur baby. I’ve had a few different small scares/worries for my fur baby that Dr. C has gone above and beyond to treat, comfort my worries, educate & follow up on.

Also worth mentioning even with pricing she’s helpful to provide different options for care. Truthfully this office is in a convenient location, but I make a bit of a trek from where I live just to see her. Totally worth it because I trust her & she goes above and beyond. I’d follow her for my fur babies wherever in the Raleigh area!

VCA Triangle Tower is staffed with a patient, kind & caring team! On a Friday evening - with only 30 minutes until closing - they welcomed us and our new puppy in for an emergency. The next morning, we received a personal phone call to check in. As a first time dog owner, I appreciate being able to trust our vet.

I have been going to VCA Triangle Tower since I moved to Raleigh and have always been impressed by the staff. Everyone is incredibly personable and they treat my pets with so much love and care! My dog recently had to go through heartworm treatment and the vets and staff were there for us every step of the way. Everyone here will go out of their way to make you and your pet(s) comfortable.

They're good and very friendly. Good, experienced vets are close to you and to your baby. I've been with them for 12 years . I know they're the best 😀

Everybody is so nice . Such a great staff. They never try to up sell you on products. Prices are reasonable .

Ashleigh Caplin is a great Veterinarian. She has taken care of my chihuahua since she was a puppy and my rescue for several years now. She is the best doctor they have ever had. I highly recommend her!

I've never had anything but greatness from everyone that works here. They care about you and your fur baby. Dr Caplin is the best. I drive 4 hours just to have peace of mind and the best care.
