If you need an excellent, reliable and HONEST mechanic for your imported car, I cannot recommend Triangle Imports highly enough! My Mini cooper s was giving me grief and the original diagnosis was NOT the issue. After figuring out next steps, Mike honored the original fix estimate and got the Mini back on the road again. Supremely happy and really impressed with the customer service. Crystal manages the front desk and is also an ideal professional.

I have bought a lot of cars, this was the best experience I have ever had. I bought a Porsche Macan Turbo. It was incredibly clean, exactly what they said it was! I cannot stress how hard it is to find honest dealers! These guys are as honest as you can get! No shady check engine games here. The wife is extremely happy, she has been driving for a week with nothing but smiles on her face!

this place is quality!!! I am absolutely in love with my Audi A4 allroad. Don't waste time on capital blvd just come here and see Jeff or one of the other sales reps. They also have some cool antiques in their showroom. No bs and no pressure selling - I am in sales myself and I can recognize it.

Big note of thanks to Jeff! Like many, I don't enjoy the process when I need to purchase avehicle, Jeff made this as painless as possible. He came across as sincere and immediately had real discussions with me without any of the the B.S. or attempts to manipulate the situation. I only dealt with Jeff, but the place in general had a good feel to it. If I were ever asked, I'd feel comfortable recommending this company to my friends. (Just a note, there is a garage in the same building that is not owned by or really connected to the dealership. When I first googled Triangle Imports reviews, I was a little worried because often the garage and car dealership were grouped together in reviews and appraently the garage isn't such a fantastic place.)

I stopped by after visiting several import dealers in and out of state. I found the selection here to be as good or better than all others in the area. The fact that they offer NADIA or (whatever) certified vehicles hadn’t crossed my mind, but it was good to see everything covered by warranties. All the pricing was compatible and negotiable as well. The sales staff was awesome and so accommodating. Jeff was our salesman and actually made this the easiest purchasing process I’ve ever experienced. I was really only shopping for myself, but my wife ended up finding something she loved as well, so we ended up buying two vehicles. We never filled out anything at the shop for financing, other than a short application with general info. Jeff did all the finance leg work the next day and because we live 75 miles outside of Raleigh, Triangle Imports actually delivered our new vehicles to us. I’ve never had anyone ever even suggest that they’d do that. Pretty much the closest to concierge service you can get in a car buying experience. I highly recommend Triangle if you want a pretty laid back atmosphere, where the folks really want to get you taken care of. Thanks again gentlemen.

Matt (owner) was great through repairing my BMW. They are accessible on the phone and return calls promptly and kept me up to date with my car repair. He is a trustworthy BMW mechanic. I am happy with the repair, customer service and their pricing. Great shop for euro cars and repair. I’ve had my car to 2 other European mechanics in the Raleigh area who wanted to add on extras and provided expensive repairs and poor service. I’m glad that I was able to find this shop and will be using them for any needed future repairs. Great experience.

Jeff and team at Triangle Imports are phenomenal from start to finish. Jeff was very informative in regards to the SUV I was interested in and held it for me an extra day so I could arrange to get to Raleigh from Charlotte. Working with Jeff has been one of the smoothest transactions that I have experienced. They have a life long customer here.

I received excellent service from Jeff and followed through with 2 items well after the sale was completed. The sale wasn't high pressure and I was given the keys & 1 hour to do a test drive, no salesman tagging along made it very relaxing and I didn't feel rushed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
