I recently purchased a Lexus and had an excellent experience. Compared to other dealerships in the area, they were honest in their negotiations and didn’t play any games. The cars were also washed properly, which might seem minor, but it’s a big deal. Other dealerships in the area often neglect their cars, letting mold and dirt accumulate, so when you go for a test drive, the cars are in terrible condition.

In the past I have only purchased new vehicles. I am going through a divorce in which I kept my Sport Sedan and my Ex-Wife took our Ram Laramie. I needed a larger utility vehicle that I could use to tow my utility trailer for my motorcycles and other miscellaneous items. I found a great buy at Uptown Auto Imports on a 2011 Honda Pilot. After I had an inspection completed(In which I recommend when buying any used vehicle). There were a few items that needed replaced/repaired. Their mechanics took care of those items immediately so we could move forward with the purchase.

The sales team and owner were very professional and courteous. Three weeks after I purchased my vehicle. The rack and pinion steering went out and needed replaced. I contacted the owner and they had their mechanic replace the rack and pinion steering at a fraction of a cost for me as to having it done somewhere else. I was very grateful with all of their help!

The selection of vehicles are very good. They only keep nice vehicles on their lot. Pricing is very competitive and honest. If I were to buy another used vehicle in the future, Uptown Auto Imports will be my first stop!

I sincerely recommend buying a car from these guys! They have been very respectful and friendly to me as a customer. As a foreigner, I needed guidance with regards to the paperwork when buying and registering a car in the US and the guys at Uptown Auto have been extremely helpful. The car was clean and so far runs smoothly. I had a minor, nonconsequential issue with the coolant sensor just a few days after buying the car and even though it was a 2006 Saturn Vue and had no warranty on it, Uptown Auto immediately ordered the spare part and fixed the sensor FOR FREE! Buy your car here, you will be in good hands. These guys are fair and take care of their customers.

It's been just over a month since I purchased my vehicle from Uptown. My first visit, honestly wasn't that great. It was a Sunday and the gentleman I spoke with didn't seem at all interested in working. He said something along the lines of "we typically open on Sundays just for paperwork". I went to another dealer that had the same car. Wasn't fully ready to go with their deal so I went back to Uptown, just to see if the vibe was different the second time around. The same gentleman was there, along with a few others. Pleasant experience. I had several questions, they were patient. I don't think everyone there is related, but it feels like a family place. I've been there about six times at this point and I am happy with my decision. The car has been good, and the gentlemen have been very (after the first visit!)

This was definitely one of the best experiences we have had buying a used vehicle. Plus the 90 day warranty they give you is a definite bonus, as that is a rare practice. This dealership is great! I bout a 2009 Nissan Altima from them. I bought the vehicle from out of state. They knew everything that needed to be done for an out of state purchase. The car was is pristine condition mechanically and cosmetically. The oil was very clean (like it was changed recently). I picked it up and drove it home 1,000 miles with NO issues. Car was sold as is but I was given a 90 day warranty package. I absolutely recommend thisbplace!

Just purchased a vehicle from Uptown Auto Imports. Very professional and helpful staff. The car was clean and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff allowed for me to take the vehicle for an inspection from my trusted mechanic. Appreciate the opportunity to perform that due diligence prior to purchasing a used automobile. I drove from Charlotte to purchase a car from this dealership and was very happy with the experience. They answered all of my questions about the car before I drove to Raleigh to check it out. When I arrived it as exactly as they described, no surprises. I liked the no pressure atmosphere and that they gave me plenty of time to go over the car, and take it to be checked by a mechanic. The car checked out and finalizing the purchase was easy. Overall, a great experience!

I was admittedly apprehensive at purchasing a car from a smaller dealer as I usually go to larger dealers just for the fact that there are more resources available when purchasing a car and for maintenance that may be needed before I drive away. Mostly I worked with Kal and Cam, but everyone I interacted with at Uptown was awesome, including the dog. They have been very open about everything and diligent about my numerous questions from the first call to driving away with the car. Part of what put me at ease about buying here was the 90 day/4500 mile warranty that comes with the cars, plus is useable at any mechanic I pick. I would have no hesitation coming back to these guys for my next car. I’ll update this after the warranty is up if any repairs are required, but for now I’m a very satisfied customer.
