Great experience buying from Raleigh Autoplex. 6 months ago I bought one of their many one-owner vehicles, after a few weeks I had a minor issue and they solved it at no cost, so great post selling service as well. Talal talks a lot but he's not a talker, he has much to say, reminds me a friend from Argentina. 100% recommended.

I had an outstanding buying experience at Raleigh Autoplex! Very impressed with the inventory selection and condition of the vehicles. I traveled from Charlotte (3 hrs) because I was looking for a very specific make/model/year/trim/color which they had, and not only that, it happened to be a 1-owner, dealer serviced, super clean, local Raleigh car (no rust) that was in incredible condition at a fantastic price. The purchasing process was super smooth and loved that there was no shady in house financing requirement - customer is in control of sourcing loans/funds which I really appreciated. After the purchase, I made arrangements with my brother to assist with picking up the car, Talal went out of his way to assist and offered to pick him up from the Raleigh train station and even stayed a little after closing to ensure he could get the car. HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

This company is a hidden gem. They are hard to see from the street, but they are worth finding. They carry a small selection of well curated cars. The cars are low miles and well maintained. The prices are fair. Talil will do his best to help you get what you want and help you with little things like transportation, financing, and tag delivery. I bought an immaculate 2013 Chrysler 300 C Luxury from him, and I couldn't be happier. Check them out. Take the road in front of the guitar shop and go around its side. They are hidden off to the side.

I had 4 cars in mind on my shopping list, one being here. I visited and after a discussion on what i was looking for, I was left to look over the car without someone watching over my shoulder. Out of all the locations I visited, this was the best both in quality of the car and the service from start to finish. I can easily recommend shopping here.

I recently purchased a car for my daughter here. The experience from dealing with many different dealerships in my time, some things really stood out about Raleigh Autoplex. He takes pride in what he buys, to sell on his lot. Looks for local cars with a clean car fax report, that he supplies for you to look at the history of the vehicle. Has no problem with you getting the car inspected with your mechanic, this says a lot on its own. The best way to describe the owner is Honesty, Integrity, Fair price Just a pleasure to do business with. Thank You.

Very happy with my experience at Raleigh Autoplex. The owner assisted me and he was very professional and upfront the whole time. I called ahead before coming by the shop, and when I arrived he was actually vacuuming out the car I had enquired about which was nice. I ended up purchasing, and he worked with me on the price to strike a deal. Everything he said about the vehicle was truthful, and I know because my husband and I searched the VIN number before purchasing to make sure we knew what we were getting. The owner likes to buy one-owner vehicles that are from local (NC and surrounding areas) so you’re getting a better deal. 5 stars, I’d recommend them to friends and family!

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328i from Raleigh Autoplex and the experience was excellent. I have always purchased my car's via private sellers and this was the first time purchasing through a dealer so it was a big deal. They were very knowledgeable and patient, the test drive was through and we went down multiple types of roads with the radio off (the dealer recommended this to hear the car and suspension). Overall it was a great experience and the car was as advertised. There was a carfax for the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived and he pulled a new one during the purchasing process to insure that it was up to date. I recommend the dealership.

Literally found my moms dream car (2014 GMC TERRAIN) at a super affordable price & pretty blue color!! They got my moms info quickly to test drive which was awesome. Sat my mom down to do the paperwork which Mr.Mohammad was patient and super thorough with explaining terms about everything. My mom is sooo not use to newer cars so he even took time after finishing paperwork when we was leaving to show my mom key car features and how to work them. Super nice and great looking cars that are super affordable! So happy me and my mom found this place that day after researching used cars on Autolist.com!

I could not be more happy with Talal. We live in Maine and were looking to purchase a southern vehicle in NC and drive it back home to Maine. After much searching, we found a 2015 Toyota Sienna on his lot, and after my initial inquiry, he called me right up and we talked. He pointed out imperfections in the pictures, and offered to take more photos if I needed them. When I decided to fly down and look at it, I asked if he would hold it for me, and he did. No deposit needed.
We flew down to Raleigh and went right over to the dealership. He was professional and personable, and did the same walkthrough, pointing out the imperfections so we would know exactly what we were getting. We ultimately bought the vehicle, and had a great drive home. Our mechanic has just looked over the vehicle and has given his stamp of approval as well.

I was looking for a 2015-17 VW Jetta to replace one totaled in an accident. Since there are few examples of this car available in my part of Virginia, I did an internet search centering on the Raleigh and Greensboro areas. I narrowed it down to three cars, including one at Raleigh Autoplex. I was particularly interested in the car they advertised, a 2016 with relatively high miles, but a very detailed and extensive service record. When I called on a Friday, Talal told me the car was still available. I said I was planning a trip to Raleigh – three hours away – on the following Monday. He said he’d call me Sunday afternoon to let me know if it was still there. This he did, and he assured me he would hold it until I got there. Raleigh Autoplex was my first stop. The car was exactly as advertised, and since it had the best CarFax of the three cars on my list, I bought it on the spot.

Raleigh Autoplex may be described as a boutique dealership. They have a limited number of cars for sale; nearly all of them are local NC cars, and the majority have had only one previous owner. The prices I saw on their website seemed on the low side relative to their KBB fair values. Even though it’s a small dealership, the building is spacious, pleasant, and scrupulously clean — not at all your typical used car lot.

I particularly enjoined my interactions with Talal. He was a helpful and enthusiastic salesman throughout our transaction. I have bought many cars over the years, but this was my first time buying one out-of-state, and he led me through it all with patience and care. I’m in my eighties, and I’ve had a lot of experiences with car dealerships. I would rate the time spent at Raleigh Autoplex with Talal as among my most enjoyable ones.

I loved the experience. They were so honest with everything and took my questions into consideration. We had a fun day when looking and test driving the cars . The day I test drove my new car I have now which is a Chrysler 200 limited I loved it and had to take it. Not one time have I felt as if they are just selling cars . I recently purchased a silver 2012 Mercedes Benz C300 sedan and I am thoroughly pleased. On my first visit I noticed that the property was very well maintained and the cars and trucks for sale were very clean and well preserved; so that told me that they will not sell any kind of used car. I had a buyer's inspection done by my personal mechanic and he gave the car a good bill of health. There were some decals on the inside of the car that needed to be replaced and once I purchased the car, the dealers replaced them and it looks beautiful.

Let me first start by saying the idea of going to a used car dealership made me envision the worst, but this is an amazing dealership. Before I went I spent a day doing my research on the van that I wanted and making the list of things to ask. When I showed up I was prepared to deal with a pushy salesman, but I found Talal who was warm and welcoming from the start. He didn’t just tell me everything I wanted to hear about the car that was good, he told me everything he knew the good the imperfections everything. He blew me away with his customer service and how sincere he was from beginning to the end. They are honest open and so helpful! I would highly recommend autoplex to anyone who is looking for a QUALITY used car. They sold me an amazing Toyota Sienna and it is perfect for our family at an amazing price. I can’t thank them enough for their help! If you have any doubts about where to buy - you must stop here you will not regret it!!!

The guys at Raleigh Autoplex (Muhammad and the owner, whose name I did not catch) were fantastic and made this the easiest car purchase I have ever done. I purchased a 2013 Range Rover Sport in great condition and absolutely love it. The price negotiation took all of 5 minutes. One of the wipers needed an adjustment for proper function and they took care of that immediately after I gave verbal agreement to purchase. They have a good selection/inventory of quality used cars (including many in the luxury class) and highly recommend going to see them if looking.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima. It was priced lower than all the local competitors. The vehicle ran perfect no complaints from me. The salesman Mohammed was very friendly and kind, he made my Purchasing process seamless. I was able to leave the same day with the car. I even met the owner who also went above a beyond to make sure I knew how to operate all the features and when I returned to pick up my license plate, I pointed out a very minor concern I had and he immediately solved the issue within seconds no questions asked. Thank you to Raleigh Autoplex, job well done. This company has GREAT customer service skills and I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for a nice affordable car you check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

The customer service at this dealership is phenomenal! They are trustworthy. They are completely transparent with the condition of the cars. They refused to sell my car to me until everything was working probably. The prices are amazing for the good quality of cars that they sell! I would definitely recommend this place.

This was by far the smoothest car buying experience ever. Mr. Dahbour was super helpful and transparent with everything, and he was more than willing to help meet our budgeting needs. He was very, very polite and legitimately cared about ensuring that we were as well informed as possible. I ended up getting a 2014 with low mileage on it and I have no regrets! 10/10 would recommend stopping by here if you’re looking for a good deal on a used car.

I recommend Raleigh Autoplex for high quality vehicles and great personal service.  We bought a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country in top condition for a good price.  It was the best deal of 5 we looked at.  The owner, Talal, says he hand picks each vehicle and the quality of inventory on the lot shows it. He gave us personal service from pre-purchase inspection through signing the papers.  We knew the van had a minor issue with the automatic door closing but was hard to diagnose.  Talal promised he would work with us after the purchase for follow up service if needed, and he did just as promised when we called weeks later.
