Flat Rate Finish

This was the first hand wash spot I've been to since moving to North Carolina from Nevada and I am not disappointed. The customer service was great and they pay close attention to detail. 100% hand wash spots are hard to find and this is a good one.

I won't lie. I was a bit worried leaving my car here for a wash, detail, and hand wax, but it turned out great! This place doesn't look like much, and appears to be mostly ran by some teenagers hanging out, but I have a feeling the owner runs a tight ship. The guys were polite and did a great job. It would be nice if they offered a military discount though; especially when someone buys the most expensive package. Also recommend having a package that includes the wax as opposed to making it a separate item altogether. Would make things simpler.

I had my wagon detail here, leather cleaned and condition, shampooing of my carpets. My wagon had heavy oxidation, Flat Rate Finish was able to bring my wagon back to show room level, not bad for 12yr old paint job. I thoroughly surprised, but very happy for the end result.

Great first experience, the price was reasonable but my car looked and smelled fantastic. The owner inside was very personable and a pleasant to do business with. I'll be back very soon!

This is absolutely the best detail shop in the triangle! Hands down! I drove all the way from Richmond,VA I'm definitely going to be a regular! They even have a mobile service! I'm so excited!
