Special Touch in Raleigh did an outstanding job with the order I placed. I live in Virginia and saw their outstanding reviews online, so I decided to use them. I ordered the “Love You Beary Much” flower basket at 9:15am for a friend in the Labor/Delivery unit at a local hospital. I was unsure if they would be able to deliver same day, but they had the basket created and delivered to her room by 12:45pm (just 3.5 hours after placing the online order). I also added a special request for an addition to the basket, but wasn’t sure if they would honor the request, and they did. The online system was very quick and easy to navigate to place an order from my phone. I am very pleased with their attention to detail, quick service, and beautiful flowers! I would recommend Special Touch Flowers to anyone sending or purchasing flowers in the Raleigh area.

Didn't expect them to have it ready for me as quick as they did! Also, I accidentally dropped the arrangement I ordered and they gave me a new set at no charge - that's a company worth investing in! I live out of state and wanted to send an arrangement to a friend to celebrate her new job. Even though my friend lived slightly out of their delivery area, they still accepted the order and were so kind and helpful. I did “designers choice” on the arrangement and what was delivered was absolutely stunning. It was a really pleasant customer experience and I would definitely recommend. No need to use big national florists when great small businesses exist!

This place has such a great assortment of fresh cut flowers and house plants! We got a corsage and boutonniere for adult prom but also snagging a beautiful peace lilly! Easy parking and great location but beautiful tie-dye roses are amazing!!

They sent the most beautiful assorted bouquet to my daughter today. The stems were surrounded by a water pouch to keep them fresh! They also used a paper and cellophane wrap. The flowers were arranged and wrapped to perfection.

I called them for a last minute small wedding bouquet for a courthouse wedding. They created a perfect simple design for me in one hour, using the colors and flowers I asked for. The man at the shop was incredibly nice and accommodating and they kept the price within my very low budget. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing service, gorgeous flower arrangements and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I ordered a standing spray late on a Friday for a funeral that was going to be held on the following Monday for an amazing friend of mine who passed away.
