Best salon experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, I loved that the salon felt more spa-like than salon/like. Jennifer asked questions & spent time understanding what I wanted. She did a fantastic job taking my jumbled description of what I was looking for and creating a an amazing color/cut combo. Jennifer also gave me a fantastic scalp massage and just the right amount of conversation. The products she used felt so great and smelled so fresh and botanical. I may need to increase my semi-annual salon visits after this wonderful experience. Thank you Jennifer!

Meredith is the real deal. She patiently worked with me to create a care-free style that is all my own. Her personality is warm and welcoming, laced with humor and the best virtue a stylist can have-- patience. She really listened to my "issues" with my hair, that is really thick and wavy and not easy to contend with. I highly encourage giving her a try, she is new to Ron Carlos and I'm now a loyal fan and customer. She'll be your new found confidence....PS she loves dogs--makes her even more special! Molly is amazing! She does my blonde highlights perfectly every time. She has trimmed my curly hair each time and listens to what I like. I also love that Molly doesn't talk my ear off like other stylists I've been to.

I recently started going to Jennifer at Ron Carlos Salon. She is the best! I came in after not having been in a salon for several months. She helped me create a low maintenance look. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she was able to recreate exactly what I asked for. They are all so sweet in there!! Love my hair so much!

First time here and it was a beautiful experience, everyone is so kind, the place is so clean and up to date. I did last minute booking and put myself on the waiting list. It is my birthday and Jennifer was an absolute angel to come and save the day and bring me back to life. The experience and the concerns for your needs are top tier. If you have curly hair please you have to schedule an appointment with Brooke! She’s beyond amazing! For a pretty long time I wanted to cut my hair and wasn’t sure about were to go and finally I’ve found Brooke and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. She’s pretty knowledgeable, takes her time to explain step by step what she’s doing, how you can improve your curls and your styling curly routine at home. She listens what you want and need and follow through giving you the best advises. The plus is that she has the best energy in the salon! The best costumer experience I had in a pretty long time.

I had a cut and color done by Jennifer. It was a complete change for me and a big job and Jennifer was up for the challenge! She did a fantastic job! Love me hair. The staff was wonderful and extremely welcoming! I highly recommend!

Skyler is AMAZING! I love all the treatments I've tried, but the light therapy is by far my favorite! I see visible results and my skin looks absolutely wonderful for a solid 2 weeks afterward.

Ive only been here once and got my hair done by Layla, she did an amazing job! Very friendly and easy to talk to! I’m excited to become a regular here and see what else they have to offer!

I went to Madi for bleach highlights for the first time yesterday and I wished I’d found her sooner. I’ve been to so many different stylists but never left happy with the results. I thought it was me. But Madi was incredible. She was so welcoming and friendly which helped to put me at ease. She took time to really listen to what I was looking for and asked a bunch of questions. I really appreciated that!
The end results were even better than I could have hoped for. And my hair feels incredible! I’m so glad I found Madi. She truly is a blonding specialist!!

Honestly, every person I encountered during my visit was super friendly and made me feel like I belonged. Often when I walk into a salon for the first few times I feel like an outsider. But at Ron Carlos they go the extra mile to welcome everyone that walks through the door as if they were welcoming you into their home. Thanks everyone!

Amazing first time experience with Alia getting a facial today. Beautiful decor and asthetic as soon as you walk in the door. Amazing staff. And great prices to match the level of expertise. I loved my facial and will be returning to see Alia soon!

RCS is AMAZING! Hands down best salon I have ever been to. I have been getting my hair colored & cut here for the past 3 years and loved every minute. Madison does my hair and she is phenomenal but the other girls Rosa, Brooke, Hannah, & Molly are all amazing too. HIGHLY recommend! My hair is so much healthier and longer (I have struggled with growth in the past) since I started coming here!
