YUMMY Hibachi & Wings

We really enjoyed trying this place for the first time today. We ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi; steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi and the barbecue chicken wings with fries. The to go trays of hibachi were filled to the top with lots of veggies, good portions of meat and rice. My son smashed the wings and asked after where it was from because he loved them so much. We ordered there and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. The lady who took our order was very nice. We will definitely be back!

At first when I was told my hibachi chicken and shrimp was like $18.85 I was shocked. BUT the food was delicious and you're given a lot! I have enough for 2-2 1/2 days! I'm pleased... it's nothing worse than to open your plate and be able to count chicken and shrimp. Thank you YUMMY!

I've been eating here for a long time, not as much lately but it's always been consistently good. My first 5 star rating was from 6 years ago, I've seen a few negative reviews recently and it had been close to a year since I had last been so I was slightly worried. Everything was great as usual and (what I believe is) the owners young daughter was so nice and respectful helping me check out. I will definitely be back soon!

Definitely some of the best hibachi I've ever had. The staff was so kind and they didn't hold back on the sauces either. I didn't have to ask for more and I usually do. Everything was even packed nicely. I loved the dividers between the different meals. Love it!

Without hesitation the one of the best places in this area to order food.. it’s consistently always flavorful and you can tell they use fresh ingredients and take great pride in what they make. Love supporting this business.

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now, and I get the hibachi chicken with broccoli only/ fried dumpling with brown sauce and the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and presented perfectly!

Also, the lady/owner that checks you out is professional and always friendly with a smile.

If you are in the mood for some authentic Asian food, I would highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered the sesame chicken and beef fried rice, both dishes were amazing. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to try more food.

Best hibachi out there hands down! No other hibachi spot can even compete with Yummy. Their meat is always fresh, portions always massive, flavor always on point, and always plenty of sauce! I’ve eaten here more times than I can count and I’ve never even been slightly disappointed. They also have yummy Chinese options when you want to mix it up - if you can resist the delicious hibachi that is. Thanks Yummy Hibachi!

Our daughter asked to go out for Asian style food for her birthday tonight. This was our 1st trip to Yummy and we definitely will be back again, multiple times! The staff are very friendly, the food is hot, and there is plenty enough to take home afterwards!!! EXCELLENT RESTAURANT!!

Best Hibachi food I have had since being in Wake County! I was impressed! The food was delicious, enough food for two meals & the plates were nice & presentable!! Definitely deserves the the 5 stairs!

I have been a regular customer here since the first time I tried it out 1 year ago. The quantity and quality never let me down. The staff always ask me how I like it. Even it's take out, she keeps my number or ask me next time when I visit Yummy again. I saw that she asked every customer too. I can see they really take their restaurant and reputation seriously.This is what makes me keep coming back to Yummy, tasty food with a positive attitude. Keep up good work !!!

I eat this place like once a week food is great with a nice portion. My 4 year old daughter make sure she comes because the owner gives out lolipops lol.

This place was sooooo good! Ordered the chicken/shrimp/steak combo hibachi plate and loved it! Everything was really fresh and had us wanting more!. The portions are big and worth the value. The crab ragoons were yummy too! At first glance this place wouldn’t be your first go to but the food is worth it. What a great take out hibachi. Happy to have found this place and definitely will be back again!

I go here all the time especially when my family who all live out of state visit. Tonight was awesome. Our server as always was smiling kind and made us feel very welcome. The food was awesome and not too pricey. On top of it the temperature was perfect and they had beautiful balloons that made the visit with my son even more festive. I will always choose this place first when suggesting the perfect place to eat

Great place for Hibachi - have taken out the past few months here - and the portion size is huge - you will have another meal left the next day - the food tastes fresh and looks good. The only thing I would do differently here is not cook the vegetables to that soggy point - keep them more crisp, because they are more on the mushy side, but overall the hibachi chicken, and the hibachi steak and shrimp have been very good. Busy place for take out that I can tell you. This place is MUCH better than Kiko Japan Express, where I have gone and gotten sick eating several times - along with the fact that their portion size is ridiculously small in comparison. I am saying you get DOUBLE the food at Yummy then you do at Kiko Japan Express (they are cheap, even when you ask for more they don't give it to you - cheap cheap cheap). So definitely if wanting Hibachi to Yummy Hibachi.

I've tried the majority of Asian restaurants in the Knightdale area since moving here a bit over a year ago, and so far this is my favorite. The portions are huge and for a good price, but the food stands out too. I get steak and chicken hibachi - the steak is of your personal preference and cooked very nicely. The chicken is very sweet and the rice is a little better than average. Dumplings are good with super friendly staff too!

My complaints would be location - pulling in and parking can be a pain, because it's next door to Walmart. Also their fountain drink machine was broken last time I was there but not the end of the world. Finally, I prefer delivery but they don't offer it directly or on DoorDash which I use. They're on GrubHub, but there are fewer customization options and I don't use that app.

Absolutely love this place. Great Chinese and hibachi! Try anything on this menu and be impressed! I live in Bailey NC and travel to this place for their culinary experience.
