ClearDefense Pest Control technician Dionisio Ford was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew our concerns and answered our questions; very engaging person. In addition, he was equipped with the proper products. He viewed the insects in the current glue boxes and the large spider on my phone.

We had our initial service completed by Matt today for our new home. As a long time Moxie customer I recently made the switch to Clear Defense from a recommendation of a close friend. I am so pleased with the service provided by Matt. He patiently addressed all of my concerns and reassured me that “he got this!” I will request him every single time. His customer service skills are exceptional! We had the inside of the home treated, garage, outdoor perimeter, yard, and mosquito treatment. Again, very pleased with our service.

We have used ClearDefense for several years for quarterly pest control and termite monitoring. Today was one of our quarterly services, which was completed by Nathaniel, who did an excellent job. We like how they create a protective barrier that keeps bugs away from and out of our house. They always check with us to see if we have had any issues we specifically need addressed. I like that they are aware of areas our pets and children play and use safe chemicals that work well. Nathaniel was very polite and thorough.

Today I had my quarterly pest control service and monthly mosquito maintenance. Ben was the expert technician who came out today, and he did an OUTSTANDING job! He was very thorough, and went above and beyond with the care he took of my home inside and out. We have been using Clear Defense off and on since about 2017 and always happy with their overall service. Today Trey performed our monthly and quarterly services and let us know he was here before starting and asked if there where any specific areas we would like targeted. Once completed he followed up with a few recommendations and noted the system with those recommendations for future treatments. Excellent service.

I’ve used ClearDefense’s services for years now - they’re so prompt, polite and courteous. Their technicians are considerate and always make a point to inquire about boundaries in the house, additional needs for service, and in general take great care. I’ve had to call for reservice after weather changes or when a new pest has shown to be persistent and resistant to treatment and they’ve only ever responded with professionalism and prompt service. Today Richard was at the house for treatment and he was a perfect example of all of the above.

Really love Clear Defense and they’re awesome technicians! Richard was awesome (they all are usually), but I feel comfortable having the entire team at my home around my family, and the flexibility and kindness/ understanding if you need to reschedule is amazing!
