Anna and Olivia went above and beyond for me!!!! I had been online trying to order the pink plush robe and in store they only had ONE left! I was pretty upset because the security tag wouldn't pop off but I expressed my sadness and then they went to work! They did everything they could to remove it and I left thrilled! I've slept in my robe every night since! I will forever be a frequent shopper here because of their extra personal customer care!

Not sure why this is on my Google list of visited but I ordered a bunch of stuff online throughout the time for my lady friends and always came on time well packaged

Great experience. Our sales lady was extremely pleasant and professional. Jill helped us in the fitting room and took her time and helped us find exactly what we were needing. I am picky when it comes to how bras fit and she listened to our needs and offered suggestions that were spot on. I would highly recommend to any woman to check out the Victoria’s Secret!

I was having a NIGHT, and Toni was the most amazing employee I could’ve asked for when I walked in those doors. She talked to my mom about troubles I may be having, she was so kindhearted & understanding. Will forever appreciate that.

OMG, The employees in there are very helpful. Even during the pandemic they tried to help as best as possible. They went as far as to assist others with sizing their bosom area, by using the mannequin to show us. I will be back soon! I wish i could remember the young ladies name, but sheeven showed my sister in law the perfect bra (she's a 1st time mother).

Took my girlfriend here yesterday to do some shopping and not only was everyone extremely helpful but very welcoming as well.

Victoria is the only store for me when it comes to panties i love the way they fit what ever style o ly thing the bras dont come in my size in the store only on line lingerie is sexy but not sexy enough for me

They are awesome people I'd would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy well loved puppy

I love Vs. The sale deals are really nice. They have a lot of deals going on and the workers are really helpful. I enjoy going here

The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection. Don't bother with Crabtree and come here instead!
