This is badin, Stanly county side. Good place to hang out for the day fishing, picnicking , swimming. There are no grill's so you need to bring your own. Good fishing from the bank.

Do not put in Badin Lake to get directions this takes you to a private gated community and you won’t be allowed in. Put in Town of Badin or Kings Mountain Point.

Awesome area for a 1st or second home. Our company restore ...wood decks...boat docks ..and log homes within this area. Scenic and peaceful.

This is absolutely the best lake around. Fishing, boating, swimming. Fun, but quieter than the big lakes like Norman and Wylie. Rock bottom lake much cleaner than High Rock, with minimal fluctuation and no flooding. Nice people as well. With a third of the lake front protected because it is part of the Uwharrie National Forest, this lake is for everyone.

I love this lake. The water is refreshing the neighbors are friendly and there’s not a lot of mischief that goes on with crazy jet skiers or boat drivers. It’s a great getaway for a week of vacation and I truly think of it as a second home.

Beautiful place to picnic and fish. Updated: I make it a point to come here with my dad and brother once a year just to finish off the year with a great fishing trip. Easily 5 stars.

Badin Lake is a gorgeous lake with great fishing and boating access. The Uwharrie National Forest borders a large section of the lake and this keeps the lake very peaceful and natural! Also great for skiing and overall family fun!!!

The family and I always have a great time at badin lake. We prefer rural camping. It feels more authentic. The fishing is awesome.

Badin lake is incredibly pristine and quiet. Yhe water is crystal clear, especially compared to lake Norman and lake Wiley.
