Looking for a specific pair of TWISTED X in the Monroe, LA. area...the Monroe store found the EXACT pair I was looking for in Bossier city, 100 miles away. That store was kind enough to put them under the front counter til I could get there

My experience at this Cavender’s was excellent. Firstly, we were greeted at the door with a smile and warm welcome. The store is well organized and all employees are super nice. Mrs. Katee did an exceptional job with helping me find an outfit and color coordinating everything down to the accessories. This shopping experience truly made my day. I highly recommend you shop here for all of your western needs!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice lady named Barbara. We asked where the kids section was and she showed us. We look for some boots for my brother. His size was extremely easy to find. Mine however was not. Without asking Barbara came over and helped us. They were very nice at the check out. The price for two pairs of boots was around 150. But they have a decent military discount so the total was 137.

They always have what I need. However there was a guy in the back that seemed put out by having to help me find some jeans at the Bossier store. Felt like I bothered him... Not sure.. It was Christmas and I'm sure it was stressful. All of the ladies in the store are always pleasant. Shreveport store is awesome.

I'm not huge on country western apparel but they have excellent denim, tshirts and boots. outstanding sales associates make this an excellent place to shop.

Mrs. Barbara at the Bossier store is extremely the best and knowledgeable and helpful she can find the perfect boot for everyone taste an price.

Always helpful a very knowledgeable about the product and if you can show you did not damage there's merchandise they will refund or exchange of course you can't have it for four or five months or a year they can tell if you have done it or not and if it is a default and they will make it right

Awesome service. Professional and personable staff. Even offered to stay late so multiple customers could go get cash when the card readers weren't work correctly. All in all it was a great experience.

Stop in on my way to Texas. Crystal was very helpful and very attentive in assisting me in finding work boots, work jeans and work shirts in my size. She meet us as we walked in store and stayed with me while trying on jeans to get correct size so i didnt have to leave dressing for anything.

The staff in Bossier is and always has been top notch. Super helpful and eager to assist. Highly recommend

Always love going in cavender's! Their boot selection is very wide ranged. They have clothes for all ages and sizes. Also they have great deals on boots and jeans! many options for belt buckles as well!
