Walmart Supercenter

I'm a Wal-Mart guy and I enjoy going to Wal-Marts. I am very aware of the Wal-Marts setups and it's one of the things I enjoy about Wal-Mart. I can be at any of its stores in the US and I know exactly where to find items when I walk in. Then when I need something for my vehicle, I know to drive to the back and, if they have auto service, I will find it. 👍

I appreciate what Wal-Mart does to bring good prices for me so when I went into this one, I was rushing to get something for the evening and I went straight to the location where I know it would be and found it.

It helps even more when the employees enjoy what they do and are helpful. 👍

Honestly, I love it. Despite everything you can say about Walmart. They are usually stocked up. Prices are very good. Staff is nice. Pharmacy is super quick. Really, nothing to complain about.

They always get me at the register for some little something i feel that i can’t be without ! Smart thinking to put things you don’t need at the register but buy them anyway !

I am in town for a party, and according to gps, this Wal-Mart was the closest.
The shopping experience was top-notch. The isles were wide enough to pass, lighting was good, staff knew locations of items, floors clean, my cart didn't wobble, greeter spoke upon arrival, the ladies checked EVERYONES receipt leaving, and like items were paired well.

The best part was the cashier, Gabrielle. I shared with her supervisor that Gabrielle was pleasant to the customers in front of me and was genuinely happy when she began checking my mother's items. She had no idea I was observing her interactions. Her unique personality stood out, and I wanted someone to know. Phenomenal customer service is hard to find, yet you have several employees that could have been spotlighted, yet her personality deserved to shout out. I did ask if I could take her photo because I wanted to make a big deal about her shining light. Also, I came in believing I would spend over $400. I only spent $209 and got EVERYTHING I needed. All smiles...
It was totally awesome, even with rainy conditions.
Thanks for having employees who are kind, helpful, and obviously don't mind doing their duties.

The roads are still covered in ice but the shelves were stocked and the employees were nice.

I haven't been to this Walmart in quite a few yrs since I've left and went to TX. I just came back to visit for the weekend and I've came here just to use the money center. For one thing I can tell you that the line was long but the service was hellla fast. The service was great and they were nice. Also the store is very clean and stocked up. I love it here. Thankx yall #Duley

Just a remarkable make over, looks so much bigger than the way it was. Without building on but utilizing space efficiently. Just marvelous and well stocked. Keep up the good work. Love going there now.

Just needed a few things and had no problems finding everything 💯 I'm out of town and it's cool that the store is setup the same as the one in my town. That makes it easier for sure 👍 😌 note: to all that don't know yet, that Walmart doesn't take cash anymore. Credit only or debit in all stores nationwide. I had to tell someone at the self-check-out that they don't take cash and she was shocked for sure.

I visited this store very recently when we had bad weather and a tornado touched down in Shreveport. Just as I was about to leave they had to lock down and move everyone to the middle of the store. I’m so glad that they did to keep everyone safe and off the road as we were unsure what or when was gonna hit us so I could safely get home to my infant.

Also, I frequent here at least once a week and everyone is always so nice in my experiences.

I was in the Automotive Section and there was a young Supervisor, hate I didn't get her name, but this Young Woman is Amazing, Great Customer Service ✔ Knowledge of the Store ✔ Friendly and Helpful ✔Cleaning and Organizing the Store ✔and making sure Nothing was out of place✔, I was Extremely Impressed, she needs and Deserves another Promotion!!!...

Husband and I go there a lot one of our favorite places to shop. Great customer service

The lady at self checkout was very helpful. My shirt did not have a tag so she let me get another shirt and scan that one and keep the one with no tag. She was very polite.

Got what I needed and got out quick
