Listen!!! They saved my son bday and today my bday. My package was not suppose to arrive until tomorrow which would’ve been to late. I could not put in on hold through customer service. I went up there and my package was handed to me! Of course after proper verification of identification. Thank youuuu Bakari

I had to mail documents to Ghana - they quoted me 7 days, but they arrived in only 4. Great customer service and easy to track online.

In and out in 5 minutes. Very nice lady at the counter, her name is Teresa. I had to return a pair of sneakers with a prepaid label and she explained everything, gave me a copy of the return label with her name, the tracking number and the date written on it just in case.
Overall, very pleasant experience. Will be back to this location should I need anything else.

Today I like really, really needed my package early. I went to pick it up from the Lake Mirror location and was greeted so nicely by Bakari. He had my package ready when I asked. A smile and kindness goes a long way. In general I really like DHL as a company, this made my day!

Teresa was so helpful and informative during my visit! I’ve never shipped/recieved a pkg from DHL before and she gave me all the info I needed, was eager to answer my questions and offered advice! S/O to her & her great energy!

I just want to send another great big THANKS to Tereesa at the front counter. She worked wonders!!! My package had been misdelivered to a business. I was about to file a claim but she begged me not to because she would try her best to get my package back if I could just be patient. Because she was so nice I told her I would give her a couple more days because I was leaving town. Soon as I touched down back in Atlanta, I received a call from Teresa and she told me to swing by and pick up my package. When I arrived at DHL she greeted me with the biggest smile! I told her who I was and she had the package next to her. I tried to give her a $100 tip but she said I didn't need to because she was just doing her job and she loves what she does. That's GREAT customer service!!!!!

Bakeries was very respectful. He was speedy, effective and efficient. A good employee with a positive attitude!

We use DHL to deliver to the airport and regularly pick up at this service point. Teresa at the front counter has been one of the main reasons we continue to us DHL for our shipping needs. She has great problem solving and customer service skills and she has gone far above and beyond the level of service one would expect. For example, Teresa has proactively called us to inform us when a package arrives and is ready for pick up. This expedited us being able to make a sale and showed her commitment to customer service. She makes me feel like I have a partner at DHL, instead of feeling like another random customer. Thanks Teresa for your help!

The staff here is so kind! & ACTUALLY go above and beyond to ensure you get your package. The customer service line over the phone if I could give them negative stars I would. I came into the store on Friday, April 25 in hopes of picking up a package that was not able to get delivered to my home the previous day. I was very nervous when walking into the DHL store in College Park, because I had a vacation to go on the very next day, but didn’t have any clothes.

I just want to give a huge shout out, and scream THANK YOU on the top of my lungs to Teresa Deloach. Teresa, from the moment I walked in and explained to you my situation you worked so hard to make sure that I left with my package. From calling multiple coworkers, trying to get in contact with the driver and even wanting to roll the cameras back, your mission was to find my package. You sat there, as you worked and as I waited, you watched my emotions and you saw how distraught I was. You made my problem your problem and that is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. After waiting almost 2 hours they found my pacakage, with the help of two other men. Thank you thank you thank you every single one of you. This will be something that I will always remember and always cherish because like I said I have never received customer service to that extent ever in my life. Teresa Deloach may God bless you. I go to DHL once or twice a year and the past two years Bakari Williams has been working the front desk. Always super pleasant , knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for your amazing service!

Shawn did an AMAZING JOB today. Came in today to inquire about the status of my package and he was able to coordinate with appropriate parties to replay solid information. I’m very happy with the high level of professionalism.

Please do not judge this DHL Express location based on other horrible locations close by! Ms. Tammy & Ms. Theresa (sorry if names are misspelled) were able to successfully grab my package from the Smyrna location which seemed to be having a contest on how many times they could ship my box from Smyrna Georgia to Cincinnati 10 hours away (which they did 3 times) instead of actually delivering it to me 10 minutes from their facility! I imagine that if the 2 aforementioned ladies would not have stepped in and got a hold of my package it would still be making round-trip flights! I am not sure what the process is or education requirement are to manage logistics but I know 10 year Olds that would have seen that I had a Georgia address and would have at least reached out and contacted the client but, not these people they have a package that has a Georgia address yet still think it's a great idea to fly it to Cincinnati not once, or twice but I know A positive 3 TRIPS TO CINCINNATI HUB BUT I ALMOST CERTAIN THAT THEY SENT IT 4 TIMES!!! Really!! I want to stress that if it was not for the 2 wonderful ladies in Atlanta I would have blasted the horrific results of using your company locally or internationally.....I would recommend that you promote these ladies and have them not only educating your customer service people but also the local spots. I spoke 2 a total of 10 individuals within DHL Express and the 2 above are the only people with integrity and customer service skills. I was either flat out lied to or mislead by 8 different people before tracking down Ms. Tammy who even followed up with me!

I got my box after several missed delivery attempts, not their fault. The drivers are overworked. Small office but in a convenient location for pick up

My experience was 10 on a level of 1 to 10. The attending agent was Polite, Helpful and Knowlegable. He infact went the extra mile with me to see to a good conclusion of my package.

Miss Tarisa was a tremendous help with my package at the 644 lake mirror location! I recommend her to anybody that needs help! Thanks again!

I visited this DHL location during the pandemic. They allow only 2 people in at a time as a result. There is one clerk who is also handling customer phone calls. So, he is busy!
He had me complete the shipping request on the DHL kios in the lobby. This is a small office that is geared toward customers picking up packages and not sending them from scratch.
This agent has very expert and patient. He handle the phone calls, employees walking in, and me all at the same time.
Things to know before you go here:
You need to show ID to send packages. They will open your package. At least he opened mine and verified it's content. I was sending a document to China.
The Chinese address is complicated and DHL handles complicated addresses better than anyone. They will find the receiver!
Overall, A+ experience at this DHL office. This is not an authorized agent but a DHL comapny location.
