I made two visits to this location. On my first visit I was not impressed with the customer service. On the second time one of the managers made it right! I made a major purchase and could not access my military discount. I had to submit a trouble ticket via online. I then returned to the store with my military discount and was able to get a refund for the difference. One of the assistant managers also assisted me with reprinting my receipt since the copy I had was not readable. He also introduced and enrolled me into a program that would benefit me in the long run for all my future purchases…now that’s customer service!

Love the home Depot and we always get great service. The quality of some of the lumber could be better but that might be a sign of the times not necessarily Home Depot. I got everything I needed and cheaper than the other store

Man first time down here for me, I'm from Boston area. Never seen a flooded out Home Depot until I got down here. Happy New Year to everyone and may God bless you and your family.

I love love love the concept of curbside pick up. The execution, not so much. BUT! This might be the best service I’ve gotten locally with a curb-side pick up. Nailed it! Quick. Friendly. Efficient. BOOM!

Got excellent help in the paint department and help in finding air registers. Friendly associates. Good shopping experience.

Awesome Employee Helped Me Get Exactly What I Needed!! Friendly People

Ordered appliances for our new home. Delivery men were professional and did a great job installing our new appliances. They were gentle as they could be and mindful of our new floors.

At first the customer service was the usual, "I DON'T KNOW" when asked a question!!! However, when meeting this gentleman named Demetrius changed my opinion and was very kind, helpful, and you could tell he truly enjoyed his job and was happy to help me! People as Mr. Demetrius is what keeps my hope alive

Picked up some lumber today received exceptional customer service from associate name Rainer, he helped pick up the boards load on cart assisted getting another team member to cut boards. The associate that cut the lumber offered to load in vehicle couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you

Need to lower prices but has almost everything.

Needed some specialized plastic/rubber tubing for a part I'm Frankensteining... told one of the associates what I was doing and what I think I needed and he took me to the correct aisle and stayed with me until I made my decision. Great customer service.

Great place kinda hard sometimes to get help

This The Home Depot Is Good But would be a lot better even great if the Employees help more like this one guy named P.J that works and always gives Great Over the Top Customer Service and if Pro stops selling things they actually don't have and I secret shop and the team work isn't there but they're better than Lowe's that's why I go there.

They have an excellent selection of products. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful.

I went to the Home Depot in Bossier City and they didn't have what I wanted but very nice young Lady took very good care of me she called the store in Shreveport and they had what I was looking for so I drove over there and I asked the Lady at customer service desk to help me and she called someone to me meet in isle 11 and there were 3 ladies just standing there at the registers not doing anything and they said okay we going to flip a coin to see who's going well I stood there for awhile and finally one came over and helped me and she let me know that wasn't her department. It was 10:30am and not busy at all. I was really disappointed ☹ how I was treated I was buying my husband a gift for Christmas. Bossier City has you all beat in customer and so friendly.

I placed an order online. Renaldo (coach) was so helpful, kind, and funny. He made our first project go so smoothly. He went above and beyond for us and everyone else I saw him help. We will definitely be back.

I love my Bossier City Home Depot. I always receive great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today we had issues finding something on a particular Isle according to the Bossier City store website, the man did not stop until he found it. He called a supervisor and it had been temporarily moved to make a few changes. Awesomeness.....my go to for so many things. Happy holidays everyone.

Love home depot. This trip did not find item looking for. But!!! The staff fell over themselves giving me info on other stores to try.

I found a pleasant and help young gentleman who assisted me with the item I was looking for which was not in stock but gave suggestions which I took. He also had a smile on his face. 😊
