Great place with great product, BUT non-welcoming staff. Thomas was not a great customer service rep. Knowledgeable but not welcoming. On my other trips back a rep named Vinny won my business back with great personality and product knowledge!

5 star nutrition is the real deal!! I spoke with Larry Negard and he was AMAZING so knowledgeable about all the products along with Vinny both were very friendly, answered all of my questions and listened to everything I had to say and then tailored a plan just for me !! They also had this machine that tells you all the informatiom about your body so you can know what to work on etc!! Not only that they let me taste everything I wanted to try before purchasing and at the actual purchase I didn't feel pressured or anything I felt good! They actually care about their customers and give the highest form of customer service I've ever seen !! If your not going to five star you flat out missing out on awesome products and super awesome people !!!!

It's doesn't get better than 5 star!!! The staff who work there are seriously the best. They are knowledgeable and don't try to just sell you random stuff to make money, they truly care about your fitness goals. They even will train with you if you ask or help you find the perfect meal plan. I have a ton of GI health issues but they always help me find the right supplements and if something makes me sick and I don't react well they work with me on it. Definitely one of the best supplement companies around.
