Dr. Christopher G. Mondello, DO

Unlike what I've seen others write about the staff, they have been nothing less than fantastic to me and my wife. Dr Mondello is the best doctor I've had in all my years of getting patient care. The staff are caring and go beyond to make sure your taken care of. A doctor needs to have a good staff behind him/her and Dr Mondello has a great one!

Dr. Montello has been my wife's doctor since 2009. I recently became his patient. This mam is a great physician. He is very caring and we like him. Yes I have had to wait but not that often. I am a Nurse and I know all too well what can happen as far as return phone calls etc. We are human and we all make mistakes. I know if Dr. Montello was aware of any problems he will be the first to correct it. Sometimes I am sure he is unaware so for all of you who gave him a low review put yourself in the other ones shoes. Make him aware he will I know try and correct the problem. Then after you have done so then evaluate him.... My wife has been a patient way too long we give him 💯 percent for best physcian.....

This the most unique Dr. I have ever found. I am proud to be his long term patient. He truly, truly cares about people, listens to your problems and finds the best solutions for you. His entire staff is very caring.

I have had nothing but exceptional care at this facility. I have been in health care management for over 20 years. When you make an appointment at a clinic that has more than one medical provider, you have to understand that the one you're seeing maybe running behind because of an unavoidable medical issue. If you wait longer than someone else it's possible that they are seeing a provider who hasn't had any unforeseen issues arise. Most people do not understand that in medicine you can make a 15 minute appointment, but if it turns into something that needs further evaluation then it is going to take longer. I have found that each provider gives the same level of care to everyone, so if you came in for a cough for example, but they think you may have pneumonia, they do not have crystal balls or tarot cards to predict how long each appointment will take. However, if you ever needed the same extra attention it would also be given to you without question. No I am not an employee at Dr. Mondello's office, but I do know how it all works behind the scenes. Just be patient and wait your turn and remember no one goes to the Dr. just to sit there and shoot the breeze. Everyone there is sick, or needs medical attention of some type. Be kind to all staff members, please.

Dr. Mondello is the best family Dr.! He is kind, attentive, caring, and he listens to your concerns. My husband and I highly recommend him!

They are the best. They go above and beyond with their patients. They will make sure you are seen as soon as possible if you are sick. Everyone is friendly from front desk, nurses and doctors. I drive from Lakeland to see them.

I have always had exceptional care by Dr Mondello. Sometimes in any profession staff members can find a different job or maybe even a staff member doesn't fit that particular jobs needs and isnt working out . It's no different in the medical field. I sometimes have a longer wait than other times and that's understandable. After all it's not Walmart. It's a doctors office with hundreds of people receiving medical care.

I love Dr. Robinson! I think he's an amazing physician! He always helps me in anyway that he can, and finds solutions to whatever issue I may have! The wait can be a little long at times, however, in my opinion I think it's definitely worth it! I also love all the ladies in the front office! They're wonderful!

I have major neck an back pain! Dr. Mondello truley cares! I been going to his clinic for 1 year now an I have no complaints at all! I have never had a long wait time to go back or for him to come in the room. The nurses and the office staff are always super nice an friendly. I recommend his clinic to all my friends and family.

I really love this place. Everyone is always very nice and understanding. They also really take the time to listen to you and I think that's the best thing a Dr can do! This is definitely the number 1 place to go. Of course with such an amazing place, it's always busy but totally worth the wait!

My first visit today. Quickly greeted when i went to the window, after filling out the initial paperwork minimal wait time to be called back. Minimal wait time to see the dr as well. He addressed my concerns and validated them. Will definitely return and highly recommend him.

They take their time and really pay attention.
I have Parkinson's, it is a challenge in care. I feel very safe with my doctors. I read in these reviews some people where upset because they had to wait one time. I never mind the seldom wait because I know my doctors, and they're always on the run. If they are running a few minutes late it's because they're answering somebody's questions. Somebody like me.

Dr. Mondello has always taken the time to listen and speak to me in a way that I understand. He has impeccable bedside manner. He is a very busy Dr. because of his genuine care of his clients. I highly reccommend him!

I have been going to this practice for about 2 years now, and they are the most convenient, efficient, and professional practice that I've been to. So much thst I have relocated two counties over and still prefer the drive. You guys are all great. Keep up the good work!

Amazing Staff, make Mondello Family Clinic, the best medical Doctor and Center, I have had to pleasure to experience. I truly feel like the Staff there, care about me as a Person first and foremost, and my Medical Issues second. That is refreshing, and most of all, reassuring. I suffer from 2 painful diseases, that will never be cured. Every single time I visit with Dr. Mondello and his Staff, they are nothing but helpful, and kind, and treat me with respect and dignity. That is what the heart of medicine is about. The Patient's well being, and health. Not all my Doctor's are this way. I only hope that someday others can be as pleased and satisfied with the care they seek and need. I would suggest Dr. Mondello, as your Family Physician. The way Doctor's Offices should be. Very Happy with MFC in Dundee, and the Frostproof Office as well.
