I have worked personally with Neil Witts on many sales and he has only been very professional and trustworthy. He is a pleasure to work with and has helped clients in my community with no issues at all. I highly recommend Neil to all my customers and will keep doing so.

Had a seamless experience selling my home and also purchasing my new home with Mr. Neil Witts. He is honest, knowledgeable, and caring. I was always able to contact him any time of the day or night and will refer him to my family and friends.

Our Agent Neil Witts was as usual very professional and kept us informed at all stages. He certainly is very knowledgeable of all aspects of the property purchase process. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is not against the company because I really don't know how reputable they are, just what I hear. This is for NEIL WITTS!

Don't use Neil for an agent. I believe he is dirty(as I have heard him described by professionals in town). We placed an offer on a property he had..he kept telling us he would not do a paper offer bc he knows sellers would not take it..we finally offered full and he put in the offer. Once it got rolling he was aggressive, pushy(to the point of harassing)and when we asked him questions he would talk and talk AND TALK in circles but never giving us a answer. Came across as a know it all but actually wasn't knowledgeable about the property at all. I sent in a check for escrow and 5 days later he sent a cancellation from seller because the escrow was late and I was in "breach of contract." I contacted 2 realtors and they told me I was not in breach of contract, it was late on performance since the check was received the next day and bc one of those days was a holiday, I was not late at all. The check was received, deposited in escrow and posted as receipt, and with that I was still in play. They are assuming he got a higher offer and wanted to get me out of the way..a sleezy and illegal thing to do! I told him I wasn't signing until I got my money and he stated" if you don't sign the cancellations right away you risk losing your $10K". Since then, instead of the listing being active again, it went from pending to sale pending. I have been talking with an attorney.
It also appears that the sites where Neil has a 5 star are self posted testimonials..I tried to post a review and cannot. Does he just post the ones he so chooses?
I have all the emails and texts so if anyone wants proof of this sleezy character let me know. I have not yet even begun to review this clown! It doesn't matter who you believe, just forewarning!

Lisa was working with our agent. She called to say our offer was accepted and paperwork was coming shortly. What she did
was text our agent 30 min later to announce that that wasn't the case. She blamed it on seller. No integrity to be found. Beware
