Dundee Pharmacy

Another pleasant experience today at the pharmacy. The pharmacy always goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. My medications are always here and special order for me with the help of Jamie and Elizabeth. They make the process seamless and pleasant. Not like the experiences you would get at the bigger pharmacies you're treated more like family here.. they're always there for any questions I have and I've been going there for years and it's always a great experience

I come to this pharmacy every winter when I come down to FL and I love this pharmacy. They really take good care of me, go above and beyond and try their best every time. I suggest you to support this local pharmacy instead of bigger chains that don't care about you. Wish they had more pharmacies like Dundee Pharmacy. If you can recommend a good place to anyone this should the the one. The best in Dundee

I’m currently extremely sick with severe respiratory infection and unable to drive to get my medication. They delivered it to me free of charge and wished me well. I’ve been using them exclusively for all of my pharmacy needs and I’ve been truly blown away by their kindness and thoroughness.

I have always had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy. They have outstanding customer service and support. My prescriptions are always ready in record time.Most importantly though like I said is their customer service. You don't have to wait in long lines only to be rushed along like in the big chains. Here you feel more like a part of a family. If your looking for pharmacy with a neighborhood feel and a great staff that are knowledgeable and are always there to answer your questions you've found the right place..Plus they take most insurances.. The Dundee Community Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always welcome customers as they enter and their smiles are contagious. They are always available for consultation when needed. They remind me when I need to reorder and they will also call my doctor when a refill prescription is needed. They are very prompt in preparing refills and new prescriptions. I have used Dundee Pharmacy ever since I moved here 10 years ago and never had a complaint with them. They are the BEST. John G.

We have been patronizing Dundee Pharmacy for 10+ years - outstanding service. They always call to let you know when your prescription is coming up for refill and also call your doctor to renew your prescription They also call to let you know when your prescriptions are ready for pickup . Very efficient, professional , but really friendly. My husband and I strongly recommend using this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of using. Really family friendly. It's nice to know that I can pick up for any of my family members once the agreement is in place. It's nice to walk in and the staff actually remembers who I am. They always have our medications on time and the staff is polite and professional. Also the cheapest pharmacy I have used personally.

Great local Pharmacy. Jamie always takes such good care of us and knows us by name when we come in. It’s so nice to get such personalized service instead of being treated like a number at Walgreens. Our scripts are always filled fast. Even when our insurance wouldn’t cover things, Jamie always made sure things were affordable. I will never go back to a corporate pharmacy.

I was from out of town and they took care of me right away. They filled my prescription within 10 minutes while I waited. Friendly staff and very clean. Thanks guys you made an out-of-towner feel right at home!

Jamie and Elizabeth are truely professional as well as personable.They always make sure to ask how I am and make sure I have what I need.They even let me know when a prescription refill is running out so I am not without.Thanks ladies you are awesome.

I wish I could give them TEN stars!! If you are still getting your scripts filled at the corporate stores, you are suffering needlessly. Jamie and her staff are awesome. They quickly get to know you and they treat you like family. It is truly an old fashioned pharmacy that we could use a lot more of. They treat you with dignity and respect and they fill a script in 10 minutes instead of 6 hours. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. Like I said, stop suffering by dealing with the corporate stores and instead #shoplocal

In this day and age to have a pharmacy know your name and calls when you should refill your meds is unheard of but they do. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and I am happy they chose that location.

Jamie is extremely helpful and always seems to go out of her way to save you money and sort out any issues you have which is a huge blessing with how strict some of Florida's laws and how much insurance has changed in recent years. She is always prompt and will order rarer Medications even if you forget to call in which is above and beyond. She really seems to care about her customers and her business and 100% gives the impression that she is always on top of things. Her employees are very friendly as well. They are quick to fill orders and return calls or call to tell you a prescription is ready. The longest I've ever waited is 10 minutes. She makes the chain stores like Walgreens look like Amateur hour.
