There is plenty of other Uhaul locations to pick up/drop off in the area and you should look to use them. I arrived to return my uhaul and the owner locked up shop and had her father telling everyone that showed up that she was at Home Depot. This would normally be fine but then they turn around and charge me for an additional day because I left my keys in the key drop off.

The owners/managers continue to be rude and incredibly nasty individuals (see first review from 3 years prior to this review) and the first reviewer is correct that they threaten to call police as a method to deal with customers. When I asked why the actual price I paid per gallon was 10 cents more than the advertised price, the woman pointed to a sign that was difficult to see and read but referred to cash. When I pointed out that the sign was not very visible and that nowhere is the credit price visible to customers, they picked up the phone and threatened to call the police. Avoid these people and their business. And, Citgo, for allowing these nasty scammers to continue to conduct their business.

They hang the phone up on 3 times when I finally asked him how much the price is then I get there it was $0.20
more they lied about the price

They have atrocious customer service . Avoid at any cost if you are planning to rent a UHaul .

I agree, these people are as rude and nasty as it gets, and will rip you off any chance they get. Totally avoid.
