The Inn on Fleming

This place is great. David is the Hotelier and runs a great house. Very hospitable and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. There is a small soaking pool in the back when it gets too hot. Complimentary beer and wine during happy hour. It is right in the heart of where you want to be in Key West. Just a few blocks to the action, even closer to nice restaurants and shops. A gorgeous neighborhood. Oddly, it was the most cost effective lodging on the island that day. Lucky me I suppose. This place was great.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday with a large group at Inn on Fleming. We booked out the whole Inn for 4 nights of fun. David was a pleasure to work with from start to finish with coordinating rooms for 19 people total. The beautiful historic building was charming and still very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the back patio and in the dipping pool. Great location on a quiet street but still walking distance to great attractions and beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone for a romantic couples getaway or for a larger celebration.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities and staff. The manager, David, is very nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than planned and he was still able to get us a room. He is also great for advice on local attractions. David also rented us bicycles directly from the hotel which is very convenient.

The hotel is an old home converted into a hotel. I had the Mallory suite which is conveniently located on the first floor near the kitchen. The suite is very comfortable and plenty large for a couple. The bathroom functioned well with plenty of water pressure and hot water.

The backyard and pool are a perfect place to relax. The Mallory suite has another door exiting directly to the backyard with a sitting area next to the pool. The location can't be better. Fleming is a One way street and is very quiet compared to a lot of the other streets. It's very walkable to get to the point of interests in Key West. Bicycling makes it even easier.

When I return to Key West I will definitely stay at The Inn on Fleming. I highly recommend it to everyone.

So enjoyed a four night stay for a girls' getaway! David is a warm inn keeper and so full of wonderful recommendations for wonderful dining and experiences most within walking distance. Our 2 room suite was on the third floor with a great seating area overlooking darling KW cottages. We definitely would book again! Margaret and Jaye

I used to live in Key West and I have returned quite a few times and have stayed at many places. This place was my favourite by far.

I wish we stayed longer. I got home and tried to book this gem but it was sold out on most dates and I know why! Thank you Inn on Fleming. I am dying to return . 💕

Enjoyed our stay very much! David is an accommodating manager. The snacks and drinks are out all day. We had to leave earlier than breakfast started - we were able to get what we needed to leve early for snorkeling. Quiet, very clean. Lovely. Will stay again. Highly recommend this inn.

This is a wonderful inn: clean, safe, quiet, and also easily walkable to all of Key West Old Town. The front porch and the backyard patio are lovely, peaceful spots in which to relax and enjoy a provided light breakfast and the Inn's happy hour treats. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable; the rooms are big enough while also delightfully Old Florida, many with original Dade pine walls; the A/C and water pressure deliver like they should; and the beds and pillows are super-comfortable! A great place to vacation, to feel at home, and to return to ... again and again.

Perfect!Liked · Bike friendly quiet and generous friendly knowledgeable staff. The innkeepers generously provided unlimited water, snacks , coffee and drinks as desired. Also a coffee maker and fridge in room. Loved the Christmas lights and even a lit Menorah. Many places to sit and chat. Large porch, nice kitchen and parlor, and nicely purposed back garden with Jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Daily house keeping( I tip 3-5 daily), Room off the kitchen was wonderful people were quietly respectful of that. Loved the access to private area off room and backyard and jacuzzi. Well done 👍 better than air bnb, hotel or some relatives homes I’ve stayed at.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were roomy and clean, comfortable bedding, nice amenities. Kitchen for snacks, morning breakfast foods and coffee. Happy hour wine and beer. Lovely secluded pool area. We have stayed multiple times and highly recommend. David, the manager, is wonderful with suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Quite the location, the hotel was close proximity to everything. The staff was pleasant and willing to help guide our excursions for the duration of our stay. The Hemingway room was an exceptionally spacious and cozy, the bathroom was a little cramped though quaint. Bike rentals were available for $ 15 for the day ( very convenient). I would definitely be booking for another stay.

What a wonderful place to stay, we had a king suite in the main room, nice size room with a well stocked bathroom even had a ceiling fan in it lol. Our room had French doors leading to the small pool/spa and patio sitting area which has tables layout lounging chairs and a fridge stocked with bottled beer, sodas, wine and champagne which is included with their happy hour. Breakfast is so so with a limited selection which starts at 8am, coffee is up earlier and delicious. Not too far from Duvall but closer to the marina. Staff was friendly and accommodating and would stay here again.

Great location to be just close enough, yet still a little off Duval to have quiet evenings. The rooms are great. Check in was simple and rooms cleaned daily. The beverage selection was awesome and hot tub pool ver clean! We loved it and would stay here again!

We came into town for my birthday weekend and The Inn on Fleming was absolutely perfect. It was close enough to everything without being in the “hype” of the bars. Service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast, snacks and happy hour were the cherry on top. Perfect place for a getaway.

Loved David's warm welcome! He took the time to help us park and gave descriptive details of the inn and surrounding area. Jacuzzi is spectacular. Room exceptionally clean. Bed is extremely comfortable. Tranquil and homey. So much more personable and intimate than a resort. Enjoyed being able to walk through town! This is now my favorite place to stay in Key West!

We stayed at The Inn on Fleming and I could not ask for a better stay. David was wonderful and took great care of us. Bike rental was the best thing ever for Key West and you can rent them at the Inn. Our family stayed on the top floor with 2 bedrooms. It was nice and private. Pool was really nice and cozy after the bike rides around the island. Highly recommend. Looking forward to another Corona Getaway soon. Thanks David.

If you're looking to for a historic, quaint accommodation centrally located to major sites that has all of the modern amenities, this is where you should stay! David was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for the best spots to eat and places to recreate. Breakfast is not included due to COVID, but the Coffee Queen vouchers were wonderful. Happy Hour on the back patio was a nice touch and gives folks an opportunity to connect with other guests, or to just to relax and admire the canopy of palm trees and plants. Highly recommend this spot for Key West vacationers!

We had a great time at the Inn on Flemming! We came in on the Key West Express. and it was a short walk from the boat. The price was reasonable and we were surprised at how cute and comfortable the rooms were! We had 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms could sleep 4 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom in each. We were celebrating birthdays! Because of the pandemic they did not have breakfast but they gave us vouchers for The Cuban Coffee Queen and it was very good! We highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!

we’ve stayed here several time and never disappoints. fleming is nice and quiet and the hotel is lovely. david is very helpful for anything you need. we always request the geiger suite on third floor. it’s a walk up so don’t choose if you don’t do stairs or want to carry your luggage but my favorite room. beds and linens are crisp and comfy . we love to chill around the pool and deck after a day wandering . super clean and great house staff - old house charm that is all key west.

David is awesome! It's a little further off Duval than we usually stay, but it's a nice quiet location if that's what you prefer. The rooms are clean and comfy! Love the courtyard. Great little place!

The property was amazing! Clean, spacious rooms. The staff was incredible, Ken was fantastic! He was very helpful and focuses on forming a relationship with you during your stay. They offer a happy hour from 4-5 PM with free wine and beer. The pool is 24/7. No complaints whatsoever. The property is in walking distance of everything in Key West!
