The food was delicious and perfect temperature when it came out. The food didn't take too long and the corn bread was amazing. The staff were really sweet. The building itself was ok, it had a air conditioning system inside and fans outside and a bar outside, but decor isn't as good as it could be. Its also a historical peice, the second oldest restaurant in the whole state of Florida and the first oldest in the Keys. Overall I definitely recommend this restaurant! 5☆!!!

We love Pepe's...so much, we hit it twice during our 3 day stay in key west. The happy hour specials are great. The place is so comfy & nostalgic. Food is delicious, staff is great. A must stop.

Nice little ‘hole in the wall’ style breakfast spot that has a nice atmosphere mixed with a decent food menu to get you going.

We stopped by here and ordered some breakfast. The wait wasn’t very long, but make note that the seating is mostly outdoors in a covered space. The fan noise is somewhat loud if that is a problem for you.

Overall a nice experience and some good breakfast to get us going and ready to take on Duval!

A great home in the wall spot! The oldest restaurant in the keys and the 2nd oldest restaurant in Florida! I had such a great omelette here. Service was also great!

It's a cool little hole in the wall that offers indoor or outdoor seating... The boots are kind of tiny with pictures of people from the past... The cornbread is absolutely amazing The drinks are pretty good... My steak was a little dry but for the price it can't be beat... If you're looking for a hearty meal this is the place to go... I had steak mashed potatoes and rice... I got potatoes and rice because a lot of times I don't like people's mashed potatoes and other times I don't like people's rice... So there's a 50-50 chance I like one of them they were both actually decent.

We had an amazing dinner at Pepe’s in Key West! Out of all of the times I have been down I have never stopped here…. But I am glad we finally did!! The bustling atmosphere spoke to its popularity, and making reservations was a wise move. The staff managed the busy evening seamlessly. The dining experience was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant ambiance. Looking forward to returning!

We did a day trip to Key West. Stopped at the visitors center in Key Largo and received coupons for free key lime pie at Pepe’s. We decided to go for a late dinner and it was absolutely amazing!! The yellowtail snapper special was delicious and so was the key lime pie. Our server, Marvin, was so friendly and attentive. This place is a must try!!

Pepe's was a favorite on my vacation. They offer a food variety for everyone. I had the turkey salad sandwich with potatoes and a margarita.

We love to visit this cool historical place for happy hour as often as possible when visiting Key West. Their prices are so reasonable that you simply can’t go wrong. Oysters on the half shell, peel and eat shrimp, and their house made smoked fish dip are delicious! Wash it down with some of their fresh squeezed fruit margaritas, and wow, now you got something! We had two dozen oysters, a half pound of peel and eat shrimp, an order of fish dip and six margaritas for $77!! Happy hour daily 4 to 6. Don’t miss it.

Went here a couple of times while visiting Key West. This restaurant is definitely a hidden jewel in Key West. Christine was our server and she did an excellent job! We had a great dining experience. I like the variety of items that they have for dinner. There is something for everyone at this place. We also came here for breakfast as well and we were very pleased. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Key West! Highly recommended restaurant!

Great little spot. We came for breakfast but will probably be back for happy hour. The breakfast was delicious. Omelet and french toast special. Coffee was choc-full-o'nuts brand and was decent. It is worth stopping if for no other reason than it has been here since 1909. Prices are definitely reasonable especially for the area.

Although we didn’t eat there, the margaritas were amazing. I came here with my whole family and Sylvia was amazing!! The drinks were 10/10 and she was able to accommodate my dislike for spicy drinks and still make me an amazing drink!! We came back three times in one day because the drinks she made and service was so great. Would definitely recommend!

We made a reservation and were thankful we did for a Saturday dinner as we wanted to sit inside. The lady who brought us to our table was extremely friendly. We ti,med our dinner so we could eat, then leisurely stroll to Mallory Square to view the sunset.

We ordered from their specials menu: I ordered the black and blue ribeye with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and my fiancé had the seafood trio (scallops, shrimp, and a fish - can't recall which white fish) in their homemade sauce with a rice pilaf and broccoli as the side. The steak was prepared extremely well and, according to our server, steak is their true specialty. The sauce of the seafood trio could have been more flavorful, but we added some of the hot sauce and it was good for us.

Note, they don't have a kid's menu, but will allow you to order in children's food from a neighboring restaurant.

I would certainly return, if only for the steak!

Stopped in to eat here as had read good reviews about the Key Lime Pie and it did not disappoint. Was our first taste of Key lime pie after just arriving in the Keys and it set the bar. So creamy and just the right mix of tart & sweet. Blackened snapper sandwich was fresh & tasty. Be careful though as I found a couple bones. Service was good and everything else we ordered was tasty.

We really enjoyed this quaint little place for dining on our Key West trip. It had just the right variety for the 5 of us to pick what we wanted. There was no wait and we sat close to the door and fan which was perfect for my husband with one leg. We tried some new dishes we never tried before like the fish dip, Pork chop smothered steak, and delicious blackened fish sandwich, all were delicious! Great service and one of our favorite places while there in town. The prices were great too!

Sometimes when you have been eating at a bunch of different restaurants, you just want some simple food that hasn't been overly engineered... That's what Pepe's was for us. Delicious breakfast Steak Burrito and the Bloody Mary was the best one that we had on the island. Our waitress was excellent and knew the menu well. The building was cooled inside and there were plenty of fans outside. Loved it and will recommend it to any who go to Key West.

A place I'd call home if I lived in Key West. From scrumptious breakfast to Happy Hour 88¢ oysters; we couldn't get enough of this place. Great drinks, awesome food all the way around. It was our go to spot several years ago when we visited and we came back for more this visit. It's the same awesome food, locals come and stay all day. It's the perfect Key West vibe.

Sylvia, the bartender, was spectacular!! We had great rapport from the get go and she took care of us from there. Her margaritas are some of the best of we’ve ever had and we’d come back in a heartbeat. I’m coming back to Pepe’s as soon as step foot in Florida!

By far the best meal we had in the island! The key lime pie was to die for! Our server was super busy with other tables it made up for it on our ticket even though we told him he didn’t have too.
