Atlantis House

I had a wonderful experience and stay at Atlantis House! Hana provided such wonderful customer service and helped make my stay very enjoyable. The Palm Suite was modern, bright, beachy Bohemian, and beautiful. Comfy bed, jet hot tub, shower, vanity, & little kitchenette - everything to feel comfortable! I also appreciated the use of the bikes during my stay. Thank you Hana & Atlantis House for your support and flexibility. I'd love to return to Atlantis House in the future.

This is a great place to stay. Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The king size bed, so comfortable! The shower is huge, with a jacuzzi tub. Towels and linens very plush. Quiet location. Love the outside deck

We stayed in Key West for 4 nights. Banyan/Garden suite was a perfect getaway and fit our needs! It had everything we needed. The addition of the bikes for our use to get around Key West were very helpful. We appreciated the recommendations and the Key Lime pie from Shavon. Shari and Shavon were amazing hosts. We would stay at this location again.

Loved staying at Atlantis house. Close to the public beach but tucked away from hectic Duval street. Attractions were accessible by bikes provided. Tires were low when we got here but Shavon came and pumped them up the next day along with bringing us a roll of paper towels for the kitchenette.
Highly suggest renting some scooters for your stay. We didn’t end up doing it, but I could see how they would be handy to get around the island.
We rode down to get breakfast at the Corner Sandwich shop every morning. Doesn’t look like much but the sandos are delicious!
To note, there are two suites-The Palm and The Banyan, and they share the backyard deck. If both are booked you will be sharing the deck space with your neighbor.
Also chickens! The chicken roam the whole island and will crow at anytime of the day. Not super loud inside the room but you can hear them. We loved it and made us feel at home because we have chickens.
Also, the next door neighbor has a dog. Never woke up to it but did notice a bit of barking when I was out on the deck. Nothing horrible (and believe me, I’ve stayed at an Air BnB where the owners quarters were attached to our rental and dogs barked non-stop!)
Really enjoyed our stay and would book the Main residence for a family vacation if it wasn’t a minimum 28 day stay. Way more comfy and relaxing than a hotel.

This was one of our longer trips to the keys and we booked the last four nights in the Garden Suite at The Atlantis House. We are so glad we did! The suite was gorgeous - beautifully decorated and a beautiful, comfortable layout. The landscaping outside and around the patio area really made for a great paradise backdrop. It was a wonderful romantic getaway. I was happy to discover that Kayla offered massages. The massage was definitely one of the top highlights of my trip!!! Both Kayla and Steve are extremely personable and knowledgeable about Key West. You couldn't ask for better hosts. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful, clean, cozy. The owners, Steve and Kayla, are fantastic!! Kayla made an amazing key lime pie for us. It was so much better than any you’ll find in town!! There are two rental properties and a beautiful back yard that feels like an oasis - wonderful escape from our busy lives!! This was our honeymoon, so we wanted everything to be perfect, and the Atlantis House met or exceeded every expectation we had!! You will likely want to use the bikes or a car to get to Duval street, but it’s only 1.7 miles across the island. I would love to get back here someday!!

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Thanks to Steve and Kayla who were superb hosts, our anniversary trip was a great experience. The room and garden, the location, the key lime pie...all were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. During these times when you want to avoid crowds, it was especially nice to stay in a guest house with only 2 beautiful suites.

My husband and I stayed at the Atlantis House in the Garden Suite for 3 nights. It was incredible. From start to end, Steve was so accommodating. It felt like home. This place has everything you need and more. Beach gear, bikes, you name it. To top it off Kayla’s Key Lime Pie was fantastic. It made our day. We will definitely be coming back. What a great stay with a warm, wonderful and knowledgeable couple. Our room was super comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. We were greeted by the owners and given recommended restaurants and entertainment. The recommendations were excellent.
Captain Steve took us on a boat tour of the islands with a special stop to walk ashore, time to see dolphins and sting rays and snorkeling on a coral reef. What a great day!
We were near to very good nearby restaurants and a short drive (or walk for us) to downtown.

Every time we go to Key West we stay at the Atlantis House! We love Steve and Kayla! Kayla’s Key lime pie is THE best on the whole island!! She also gives one of the best massages on the planet! You must go on the Eco-tour with Captain Steve! His knowledge about the environment is second to none! If you want private, romantic and right by the water, this is the place to be. You won’t need a car because bicycles are provided during your stay. Captain Steve and Kayla think of everything, from bathrobes, Turkish towels and Be Kind bath products, you will feel like you are truly in paradise. Get off the beaten path away from all the tourists and enjoy this special gem hidden in Key West!

Steve and Kayla have created a true Shangri La in Key West! The Atlantis House is perfectly located in a quiet spot, yet close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. The supplied bikes were all we needed to enjoy 4 days and nights touring the island and discovering this gem of a place! Our suite and the lovely garden / deck sitting areas are wonderfully comfortable, appointed and exceeded our expectations... and have guaranteed our return... Thank you Steve and Kayla!

Steve and Kayla's place by far is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean along while also remembering the little details that make it that much better. The bed (Master Suite) is really comfortable. The bathroom is set apart enough to where someone can sleep in while the other person gets ready. The wet bar is stocked with coffee, dishes and a microwave. The outside is so beautiful and relaxing. They have it set up perfectly to relax in the day or night time. This place is an absolute gem! We highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Decorated with LOVE. Attention to details with LOVE. Amenities and furnishings with care and LOVE. The patio garden is spewing with lots of LOVE. And most of all, the loving hospitality of Kayla and Steve is the best part of the Atlantis House experience.

Truly a gem for a romantic getaway, Atlantis House is perfectly situated between where old town meets new town of Key West. Though Higgs Beach is steps away and it is wonderful, about 1.5 mile walk in the opposite direction is the longest stretch of beachfront in KW and it is even more lovely and less crowded. If you're an avid walker, you will love Key West and Atlantis House is a perfect retreat after a nice walk, or even better - Kayla's massage. My wife, who is also a massage therapist, was absolutely glad she signed up for one of Kayla's session. She is a genuine pro.

The air temperature was just a bit too chilly with the cold front that swept through the Keys in the second week of January. Otherwise, we would be boating with Captain Steve. That's reason enough for us to come back again. Both Kayla and Steve were incredibly thoughtful and caring in every respect, and ensured that we got the most out of our visit. Oh, and you may read from other reviewers about Kayla's key lime pie. Oh, my - decadent - it is all that and more!

You will LOVE KW as a guest at the Atlantis House - we highly recommend it.

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed. The room was adorable and the back patio area was like Shanghai-la. We sat here every evening for cocktails. The place is perfectly located across the street from the beach, within walking distance of some attractions and within biking distance of everything. A lovely, quiet neighborhood close enough to everything but far enough from the craziness of Duval St. the owners: Steve and Kayla, were by far the most awesome and hospitable hosts I’ve ever experienced. They work so hard to make every guests experience wonderful. This included a comfy bed, beautiful decor, homemade key lime pie, great responsiveness to any questions, but without being intrusive. We loved the bikes that they provided guests, and used them to ride around the whole town...never got in our car! Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in the master suite. The room was gorgeous, inviting and romantic. Our favorite place to relax was out in the garden. Captain Steve and Kayla are some of the nicest people we have ever met and Kayla’s homemade key-lime pie was to die for!! This wonderful bed and breakfast is just steps away from the ocean and I highly recommend staying there if you are going to vacation in Key West

The Atlantis House is hands down the best place to stay in Key West. We recently stayed in the Master Suite, and I have not had a better bed and breakfast experience anywhere else. It's on a quiet part of the island which allows you to get away from the craziness of Duval St at night. The room is welcoming and spacious, and the large jacuzzi tub and vanity desk were great features. Steve and Kayla are great hosts. We did the Eco-tour with Steve, and this trip is truly a hidden gem of Key West. Also can't forget Kayla's key lime pie which is the best on the island. We will definitely be back here the next time we are in Key West.

My wife and I stayed at Atlantis House for 3 nights in April of 2019 and it was amazing. We booked the master suite and it had everything you could ask for and more. The room was very comfortable, clean and stocked with necessities. Free parking and free bike use proved to be very valuable. You can bike to the best restaurants in 5-10 minutes and then return for peace and quite to your suite. Steve and Kayla are great hosts, very personable and eager to please. Do yourself a favor, if you are planning a trip to Key West, stay here!!

This was our fourth stay at Atlantis House. We've stayed many place in Key West, but none compare. Steve and Kayla are fabulous hosts, very friendly and accommodating! Steve will pick you up at the airport, there's always a piece of Kayla's homemade key lime pie waiting for you, the grounds are spectacular, the suites are clean, comfortable and well equipped and there are bikes (with lights!) are available for your use. I could go on and on. We have already booked reservations for next year. Repeat business says everything you need to know.

My husband and I stayed @ The Atlantis House for 6 nights. The room was really nice and the garden deck was beautiful and well maintained. Upon arrival we were greeted with Key Lime Pie and it was the best. The bikes were on time my husband and I took several adventurous rides around Key West to Duval St and Mallory Square areas. The beaches are a five minute walk and one of our daily highlights was watching the sunset, that was so awesome as well as being on the beach listening to the sounds of the ocean. The location of Atlantis House is suburban type with friendly speaking neighbors. The beach has a restaurant called Salute my husband loved the shrimp salad sandwhich..Key West is really a laid back casual dressing type place.We had a blast and many thanks to Captain Steve and Kayla for their genuine hospitality.

Atlantis house Garden Suite is amazing! The patio is amazing on its own! Shavon is awesome! He even left us a key lime pie and tons of little chocolates as well as our favorite coffee! (Cafe Bustello) The Atlantis house is the place to stay in Key West, FL!!!!
