Upon seeing a television ad for Vantage Point Realty, my wife contacted Lisa to set up a personal interview at our home. We really thought we would have to interview several companies before deciding which one was the most qualified, showed a clear understanding of the market, and best fit our requirements of professionalism and cost. From the moment Lisa walked through the door she presented a professional yet understanding demeanor. She presented us with a market analysis that was honest and thorough of our community and how our home compared to other homes that recently sold and those currently on the market. Everything was in color and easy to see how our home stacked up. Finally she showed us estimated net sheets so we could see our net proceeds from various selling prices after commission and closing costs. Lisa's recommended selling price was right where we thought it should be. We signed the agreement and within 3 days we had 2 full price offers. Though both offers initially fell through due to financing issues, within 7 days we had two more near full price offers, one was actually closed.
