Michael Saunders & Company - Downtown Sarasota

What I admire about Michael Saunders & Co. is the Agent training. There is an ethical standard within the company that reflects Michael Saunders’ own. I worked there for five years, and this is what most impressed me about the company. All agents have to take a course called “The ethics of the company.”

I retired from MS&C 9 years ago, but have referred all my friends and business associates to Drew Russell, whom I met as a young agent, just starting out at MS&C 11 years ago. In the ensuing years, he has earned success in the Sarasota real estate market and helped many of my friends and business associates with their real estate needs. Everyone I referred to him to was thoroughly impressed with his business acumen and happy with the results of their transactions.

We feel so fortunate that Ryndie Brusco was our realtor when we were looking for a home in Florida. We are from Wisconsin and will permanently relocate there. Due to this we had only limited knowledge of the differences in real estate between Wisconsin and Florida.

We settled on meeting w/Ryndie down in Florida over a weekend. We anticipated meeting and looking at houses for a couple of hours on 1 of the 2 days. We are not naive enough to think that we are Ryndie’s only clients. However that weekend Ryndie spent the entire day Saturday and a large portion of Sunday driving us in her vehicle all over the greater Englewood area, including multiple trips south toward Rotonda Circle. This whole area is nearly an hour south of her main area. She answered our many questions and was a wealth of valuable information.

We cannot thank Ryndie enough for all she did for us while trying to find our future Florida home. Her services were invaluable and we feel that were lucky to have her!

No online payment portals for their commercial property rentals. Who has checks these days? Everything is done electronically. Why can't such a weathly supposedly prestigious company keep up with the times and Covid?

Kim Eskew is the shadiest and most unethical realtor I've ever dealt with. Even used car salesman have treated me better. This woman would probably sell her grandmother to Somali pirates for a tube of dollar store lipstick, not that it would do her any good, she's ugly on the inside.

We`ve rented a house for 5 months in this company. After we left - they are doing everything to keep our security deposit and don`t want to give it back to us! Do not give any deposits to this company! They will not give it back!!!
