Matt was actually representing the seller, and I was representing myself, because I did not think any of the three buyer's agents I'd talked to had heard a word I'd said. He did great at getting us through closing. He's good at bargaining and doesn't take it personally, but does know the worth of his property. Very smooth experience; he is very responsive and very knowledgeable. As the buyer he was selling to, I would totally get this guy to sell my house.
