Pilates Key West

Great class I was able to jump in while on vacation! My instructor was great and gave lots of useful cues for us. Small and quiet studio with 4 reformers. Would absolutely recommend and return!

I have taken Pilates for years. Molly has been very effective at helping me with my specific issues. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy & other things that go along with it. She is creative with adaptive equipment
that helps me achieve my goals!

Love the Pilates Studio of Key West. Leigh is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. She is very attentive to your individual concerns (for me: back and hips) and goes the extra step to help you. The small classes allow her to keep a watchful eye. And, boy, does she ever!

Would highly recommend The Pilates Studio of Key West to anyone living in Key West or visiting like I was...Sessions were intense and Leigh takes a vested interest to making sure you maximize the results of your workout. I will be taking more classes my next time in Key West for sure!

My husband and I have spent many winter month's in Key West. One of my favorite places to get the workout I'm used to back home is at Pilates Key West. Not only have a met people that have become friends, but the staff are some of the most knowledgeable I've ever met in the business.
