Looking for turn key impressive condo or home in Lakewood Ranch

My only encounter was online because I’m planning to relocate but I’m not ready yet. I was looking at potential realtors and what they had to offer. I clearly stated I’m just browsing. Of course now when you want to look you have to sign up, no big deal. I started getting texts so I just stopped that. Next I get an email. Ok it’s fine, unsubscribe. Over the next month I consistently got several emails a day and whenever I unsubscribed I’d still get more. It was very annoying. I only visited their site once. I replied to an email and told them I unsubscribed multiple times and keep getting emails and I want it to stop. Next I get a reply from the owner “you’re removed and never visit our website again”. Thank you for showing me who you are. You helped me determine who I won’t use when I move.

I tried to work with a realtor named Ingrid, then talked to a Mark and I think I even tried to work with a person named Julie. If I could give a "-1 Star" review I would, it was that bad of a experience. They try to act like a affluent brokerage but don't seem like they know what they are doing. Ended up losing a few different offers when trying to use them to look at homes. I ended up finding a good agent at Suncoast Luxury Team. Just very difficult experience.

Someone must’ve listed my number by mistake when requesting info because I have been texted NON STOP. I thought it was a person but when I finally replied and asked them to stop I got the following response: “Got it! Happy to help where we can! I'd love to get some more info about the property you're looking fro. What general location are you interested in?” So it seems to be a bot/ automated system 🙄 after STILL receiving text messages, I came here and found that other people have had the same experience of CONSTANT messaging. And the responses to negative reviews really say a lot about the business they do! They clearly gaslight their customers and post very personal information about their customers who leave negative reviews on a public space (see David R Le Vine’s review). Disgusting. Take your business elsewhere, friends.

Poor communications with broker. Never sold house. Never communicated once contract was up. Lied about Agreed listing price. We had agreed on much larger price. Also, my boyfriend was the listed client, so no I’m not removing my review as I worked with the broker hand in hand.
