Halifax Health - Children's Medical Center, Palm Coast

We love this medical group! The front staff are always quick about getting us timely appointments. Nurse Marilyn is THE BEST! She always makes my kids feel loved and cared for. She is thorough in answering our questions. We see nurse practitioner Nicole, who is amazing!

Love this office! Everyone from the front desk, to nurses to the Doctor himself have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and supportive team you've definitely found the right one here. Wouldn't take my sons anywhere else :)

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are very quick with faxes and call backs and making sure processes go through with payments and making sure you have access to specialist and all within a timely manner. I never have a long wait here. And Dr. Agana is very professional. There is a licensed practitioner in the office as well and she is very good with my son too. The staff at the front is very friendly and they are very knowledgeable as well.

I’ve never found a pediatricians office that I loved so much. From the front desk, to the PA’s they are all on the ball and and I truly feel the care for my child there. The PA Marilyn Caneva takes exceptional care of my daughters for many years. I will never go anywhere else.

This pediatric office is outstanding! All the staff, nurses and doctors provide excellent care. The building is clean as well. I know my 3 children are in good hands when I take them here.

As a first time mom, I couldn’t be happier with this practice. From the moment you walk in until you leave you are treated like you are family. I love how accommodating everyone is and everyone really cares. I highly recommend this office and letting them care for your littles.

We have been seeing Dr Ahmed and Dr Gianini for many years with all 3 of our children. I completely trust them with the care of my children.

Nicole is the best! We have been going here since my first child was born 5 years ago! We were so lucky to find her and her wonderful staff.

I was a patient here when I first moved to Florida when I was 14. They took really good care of me until I couldn’t go to them anymore (I eventually turned 21). They are the reason I went into the medical field and decided to become an RN ☺ Thank you to all doctors and nurses for all you have done for me ❤

The office is nice and I like the doctors and nurses. My problem with this office is that on more than one occasion when my child has been sick, they have not returned my messages. And when I get through to the office, they cannot get my child in for a week, at any office, leaving me to take them to urgent care centers. Why do I have a doctor for my kids if they can't ever see them except for a physical? It is very upsetting to have a sick child without an available doctor. This is the reason I will be changing to a new provider, so when my child is sick I don't have to run around town looking for a provider to treat them.

Nurse is harsh and rude and they're never available short term for sick children.
