Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

I recently had to book a last minute business trip during a Daytona Speedway race week and would have been completely out of luck if it were not for Jill the group sales rep and Dan the GM. They went out of their way to ensure our group was completely taken care of.

During our groups stay, Jay at the front desk was super helpful in answering all questions and ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. When we had to extend our stay, Jay had new room keys waiting for everyone at the front desk when we came back so that we wouldn't have to all wait in line to update our keys with the new check out date.

Our group was 12+ people and everyone was unanimous that the hotel was exactly what we needed. The rooms were very nice and the whole property was spotless.

Additionally, there were lots of restaurants close by and traveling into Daytona for work was easy to navigate.

We cannot thank the team at Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center enough and will definitely recommend this property to others needing to stay in the Daytona/Flagler area.

Our stay last month was great. Jay, the manager, made our stay very comfortable. He is most professional, efficient and driven to provide a satisfying stay for all that stay here. Our room was clean and most accommodating for our needs.
The breakfast was a big surprise!! Justine, our server, was pleasant, funny, very helpful and made us feel like we were home. We enjoyed her company each morning of our four day stay. Also, the food was very tasty indeed.
We will definitely stay here again. And you should too! 🤗

We had a really great stay here in May; glad we decided to stay at a Hilton. Very friendly and helpful check in, we arrived beat from a long day of travel and were able to get early check in which was sorely needed. Every interaction we had with hotel employees was pleasant.

The room was comfortable, not as dry as many other rooms tend to get. Comfortable beds and linens which, again, glad we went with a Hilton. Love that they have liquid body wash - bring a loofa!

Hotel bar was great to hang out and watch a game in the evening. Friendly people and our dinner was on point as well. The outdoor pool seemed busy during our stay, only out one night to relax but the mosquitoes had other plans for me. If I were staying in Palm Coast again I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The hotel lobby and rooms were amazingly clean, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I always stay here when I'm in the area and always have an excellent experience. The bar is small but friendly and the restaurant food is always good. The lobby fishtank needs a cleaning, but otherwise, this place is perfect for an affordable stay in Palm Coast.

Such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Employees are so caring, place is very clean and just comfortable.

Probably one of the best hotel visits I have ever had and I do 8-12 per year. After consulting with the hotel for last min arrangements, I opted to go here. The room was flawlessly clean. Hotel located in the perfect location near the interstate. Hotel amazingly quiet and it seemed like every time I seen an employee, I was greeted with welcome back or enjoy your day. Being I live less than 3 hours away, the next time I want a close to the beach but not on the beach excursion, I will 100% for sure choose this hotel location...

We had a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast staff Maria and the receptionist Amanda were very attentive to us and represented a lot during our stay.

Hotels/rooms are newly renovated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit.

The people at the front desk were nice but my room wasn't the best. We had called for one of the biggest rooms they had but the room only had two small beds. Would've rented an air bnb if I had known. But overall the kids had fun while I was divorcing my husband.

My stay was short - only one night. However, checking in was quick and easy. Every employee was pleasant and very helpful, even when a pipe burst and the lobby flooded. While mopping the floors, they still smiled and found some humor in the situation. Unfortunately the flood closed the kitchen so I can't say if the food was good and I left too early to eat breakfast. I'm pretty sure everything would have been wonderful, though. This is a hotel that cares about its guests.

Another great Hilton hotel. Excellent location not too far off the highway and close enough to
the beach. Clean rooms and excellent service. Great place to have breakfast. Justine is a super host and server.

My family and I visited during the week of July 9th - 14th to attend a medical conference. From the moment we checked in, we knew we had found the perfect place for our stay. Jay at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles from check-in to departure. The rooms were clean, and the service was unbelievable. The check-in process was easy, and our stay was fantastic. I can not give the appropriate stars for this place.
On day 2 of our stay, my son and I went downstairs for our breakfast. My husband was able to order a specialty omelet prior to leaving for the conference. We met a very kind server by the name of Maria. Maria made the process of ordering our breakfast smooth and easy. Not only were we able to eat the continental breakfast, which was paid for in advance, but we were also able to order from the menu. My son and I are both picky eaters, but we were able to order our preferences with ease thanks to Maria. The chef on Monday and Tuesday was also very pleasant and helpful when a problem arose with our tab, not to mention the great food prepared for the two of us special order. Cudos to the chef!!!
On Wednesday, we were greeted by Justine, who was equally pleasant. There was some confusion on my part regarding the prepaid breakfast, but Justine thoroughly explained the situation on the day of our departure, and fees were appropriately refunded and corrected. However, I also forgot two orders of Apple juice during my to go order on Thursday. I called the lobby desk to inform them of my situation. The cafe was closed at that time, but Jay said to come on down, and my drinks would be waiting. I went down, and sure enough, I was provided with our two Apple juices I had forgotten earlier. Thanks, Jay!!!
The cleaning staff were also top-notch and very polite. There was never a time when my family nor myself went without clean towels, trash removal, and clean linens. I can not speak for anyone else, but whenever my family and I visit Palm Coast, there is no question where we will be staying. I must also mention Laura, who asked about our stay upon our departure. Although it was only for a brief moment, It's nice to know someone cares how our visit went. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 😊

Great customer service. The front desk staff was super helpful and kind. We did a back to back stay and they were very helpful with making sure we wouldn't have to change rooms. The room was quiet and very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel and convenient drive to the beach. The best part of this hotel is the staff! Lorelei was so friendly and went out of her way to accommodate my change in plans to make it happen. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well!!

This hotel was pretty decent. The room was clean, no complaints there. The hostess was super friendly too. The bar was small but the food was good, few good beers, and the waitress was nice. The pool was relaxing, but wayyy toooo high in temperature for sure.

Last year was my first stay, this year Hotel just as GREAT as first visit. This year room rate VERY pricey‼

Ample parking, friendly staff close to Interstate & EXTREMELY quiet area.

Amazing hotel- much nicer than expected. This hotel was comparable to five star hotels I've stayed at. The room was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless ( I'm a clean freak), and the shower water pressure was great. In addition the hotel has a good restaurant, gym and pool. The lobby was spacious and clean. The customer service was exceptional. The location had quick and easy access to the freeway. Parking was great and there were no hidden charges. The internet speeds were fast and service was reliable; I attended several meetings from the hotel room without any issues.

Thank you for the relaxing stay! A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work!!!!
