I was looking online and saw a low mileage KIA Telluride SUV at a great price. Reached out to Billy Atwood, but he was sick that day. Natasha set me up with Scott Mixon. Scott was very easy going, honest, professional and I was in and out between the test ride and negotiations within an hour. It was a great experience dealing with Gibbs staff and I recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

I worked an out of state deal for a family member with Adam. He was the perfect salesman. He was honest and open to all questions that I had concerning the vehicle. By it being a site unseen purchase, that was huge! If I asked a question that he wasn't sure of, he would be honest enough to say and found the answer to the question. When it came to pricing, there were no gimmicks or sale pitches…...again, total honesty on his part. Adam communicated with me daily from the beginning of the purchase to when the vehicle was loaded for delivery. He saw the sale through from beginning to end…..total dedication! I couldn't have ask for a better salesman. I've purchased several cars and this experience, BY FAR, stands out as the best. Although I'm over 350 miles away, this will be my first dealership to consider and it's all attributed to Adam's fairness, respect and open communication. She loves the vehicle! Ordered a 2023 LT1 Camaro. Salesman was incredibly efficient in tracking status of car and took great initiative in getting decals sorted in correspondence with the body shop. I am still friends with the salesman today! Service department is very friendly and has always been a pleasant experience with the maintenance of my Camaro.

With breaking down on I-95 going to bike week and taking my van to another shop that was open 7 days , after 2 days of no results I pulled my van out of there and brought it to Tom Gibbs Chevy where Mike N. Provided fast and amazing customer service.

Overall, great visit (9.9/10)- - I came at scheduled time and was in and out within less than an hour. Vehicle was serviced/oil change done great and I really really appreciate that my tires were inflated, something that other dealerships and car shops (intentionally?) skip.
My only reservation keeping from an 10/10 absolutely perfect visit, although this one was near perfect, is that I felt unclear what the entire servicing entailed, as the service invoice copy i received details an oil and filter change and multi point inspection but I didn't recieve a report or status on what all those inspections revealed (In all honesty, I thought I would be told my windshield wipers need replacement etc). ***But this all probably due to my timidness to ask and near zero knowledge on cars + dealership service details.!!! ***

Went in for a 9:00 oil change appointment. 15 minutes late starting with my car. Folks were kind and courteous. A bit more than I had expected however, I was mailed coupon months earlier but did not save them. Was able to take advantage of the military discount.

I made my appointment online. I feel the next time that I do the appointment online again, that an email with the oil change discount could be mailed and I could use it.

Car is 2018 Corvette Z06 and takes 10 quarts of Mobil 1 0w - 40w. Charge (with military discount) was still over $150.00.

Merrick did a very good job pointing out that we needed new tires. And that wasn’t the reason why we took our Terrain in. He kept us informed all day. Kudos to the mechanic too. He recommended both the Recarbertion and fuel injector cleaning . It made a world of difference in performance.

Scott Mixson was an absolutely fantastic salesman. Aside from helping me through the lease purchase, he helped me out with the app for my Chevrolet. He took the time to explain some of the options that differed from my previous Equinox and talked me through the On Star process. The staff, in general, made certain that I was well taken care of.

I have a 2016 Equinox. Every year I get in oil change and rotate tires. Just moved to Florida and was recommending to go to Tom Gibbs (Chevrolet) Mike.Nailor was very helpful and pleasant. Also, no pressure about getting air/cabin filter. It needed to be replaced. Mike show and explain regarding about the 2016 tires that needs to be replaced.

“UPDATE on 2016 Equinox “
2/13/24 came for oil change, After leaving Palm Coast, Tom Gibbs, noticed a burning smell, Returned 2/20 to pay $200 for diagnostic test and to be swayed away from the smell, pointed out exhaust. Went to another dealership to get 2nd opinion, to find out the whole exhaust didn’t need fix
(At a much cheaper price). The burning smell was the first tech on 2/13 did not put the cap back on, so the oil spilled everywhere. I have pictures to show proof of their “clean up “ smeared over the engine. I should be refunded back my
$200.36 because of your error.
I was originally from Ohio, and I have been loyal going to (Chevrolet) Now you have lost a customer.

Our truck lease was ending and we needed to lease a new pick up truck. After visiting 2 different chevy dealers and 1 GMC dealer Tom Gibbs Chevrolet clearly wanted and worked for our business. Without ever stepping foot in the dealer, no wasting time, they put together the deal that I wanted (over the phone) and handled everything on the end of lease allowing us to move into the new truck 6 months early.
