They never answer there phone or store is always closed

Is it just me or are these small music stores in palm coast a huge joke? You go there during peak business hours and they're closed? Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be normal for this place too. Except there's no explanation or note on the door this time.. Just closed... or you show up and the manager is never there, the person working can't answer or doesn't know how to answer any of your questions or says " idk, you'd really have to ask the manager but he's out for the day." And of course, they never know when he'll be in... how do these places even afford to be in business? I wish you could give zero stars. I feel like I'm still leaving them positive feedback just with one star.

Closed on a Saturday at 11:30 even though the window decal says they're open from 10 to 3. Little sign says come back at 1pm. I come back at 1:10, still closed. Phones go straight to voicemail. Guess they took the day off. Just buy your things on Amazon, these guys won't be of any help.
