Had an issue on my phone where I didn't have any data. Spoke to Erica and bam it worked after some deep troubleshooting. Amazing customer service.

Erica is the absolute best!! She went above and beyond to get my husband and I everything we needed. She was so patient and extremely nice.

Had an excellent experience upgrading a couple of family member phones. Erica was extremely helpful…prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough….just an overall awesome experience! Highly recommend this location….and ask for Erica!

Went to get a new phone, was immediately assisted by the very knowledgeable associates on staff. Not very knowledgeable myself so I appreciated the fact that they never made me feel like an idiot. There was three of them, one named Thomas and two young ladies who are apparently new to the business, a fact which you would never have know from their abilities and skill. Very satisfied with my experience and will most certainly go back when I have problems or questions. -Jack

Had a great experience at this store - mostly with a person - Dominick Kenny. He's someone you can trust and has the integrity that is sometimes lacking in this industry. Had a problem with my bill and didn't match what he told me, and he immediately took care of it. A man of his word, which to me is worth more than any product feature or sales price. Long time AT&T customer and with experiences like this, will remain one for sure.

Tiffany was amazing. She guided me transferring all my info from my old phone to my new one, answered all my questions, and was extremely pleasant to talk to

I returned to this store where I purchased my new phone. The speaker on the phone had gone out. After speaking with Jonathan regarding the speaker issue, I mentioned that I was having a terrible time with my Apple ID, and had been on the phone several times with Apple and also to the Apple Store with no resolution. Jonathan listened to my issues, and spent a good deal of time resolving the problem. Jonathan has both people and technical skills. In Life most people preform their jobs the way we hope they will. Jonathan went way beyond expectations.

This store is amazing. Great staff and super friendly I watched one of the sales reps I believe her name was Taylor be extremely patient with a family before us while we were waiting. And when George the salesman who sold my husband and I are iphone 8's helped the customer before us. He immediately greeted us with a friendly smile and introduction. He answered all of our questions and got us in and out faster than I expected . He was even able to find us discounted accessories to go with our new iphones. Love the way we were treated and if we have any problems or need new phones we know where to go!!!

I am absolutely pleased with the quality and effort Dominik Kenny took to listen arrive to a solution with my issue getting a new line transferred to ATT. He was patient with me and explained things carefully. I will be coming back here if needed in the future.

This is my first smartphone and I was very nervous. The staff there never made me feel rushed or pushed me to get anything I didn’t want. They took their time with me and made me feel at ease. They showed me how to use my new phone and recommended I come in if I had any trouble with my phone. I couldn’t be happier with my new phone or their exceptional service.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by two very friendly people. They both went out of there way to make sure that I was taken care of and that I understood how to use my new phone and let me know how much money I could save by changing my current tv and Internet service to AT&T. I'll be coming back to swap as soon as I have more time. Very nice people. Thanks
