Publix Super Market at Julington Village

The best Publix in Jacksonville, period. I will go out of my way to come here rather than a closer Publix because the service is so good in every department. Especially the customer service department managers who are more than knowledgeable on everything in the store. John John and Margaret are the best.

I used to go to a different Publix, but every time I have been to this Publix I have received the best customer service from Elida in the deli department. She shows extreme patience with me as I am undecisive. She is also extremely kind and sweet to all the guest. She makes me feel extremely welcomed. Elida is always smiling and the makes the journey to the store feel less daunting. I look forward to getting my subs there 4 times a week. Thank you, Elida for making the customers feel welcomed and being patient with us. The enthusiasm she displays with her work is second to none.

Another visit to this Publix location.
Today I had a visit to the pharmacy for the flu shot. The pharmacist and assistant were very friendly and as busy as they were they took the time to answer my questions and I got my flu shot.
I love this location as all the staff are very friendly and never seem to do enough to help.

Publix is very nice as most publix stores are. The staff is friendly and helpful. I they don't always have the brand or selection of a product I want, but they usually have a suitable substitute. I recommend this location.

The stores is always presented in a clean delightful appearance, and the charming staff is always eager to help.

This grocery store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I picked up meds from pharmacy and they were quick and efficient and patiently answered my questions. The fruit and vegetable section has a good variety of organic. The meat department staff went out of their way.

This is my Publix!! I love everything about Publix but it's prices. Haha. Seriously though, we live right behind Publix and the food is always fresh, and the employees always delightful! I really love it because it's open later, when some stores close early.
Did I mention the employees are awesome?!

Clean and well-stocked store, great employees

I'm a fan of Publix stores in general. Clean Stores, Friendly Staff, and good weekly deals. They seem to always have what i need and are willing to order it if they don't. Keep up the good work.

A small quaint little Publix shopping center but extremely well maintained, cleaned and stocked. Deli is friendly and fresh as far as custom sub sandwiches go. Store is extremely clean both inside and out. Will definitely return to the deli for another lunch stop while at work!

Friendly and helpful staff.
They almost always have the items we are looking for. However, they need more organic choices.

I ordered individual packed cupcakes for my sons birthday at school, they were very reasonably priced. I came earlier than my pick up time and they were kind enough to get them ready. I was in a bit of a rush and the guy at the customer service was super helpful, one of the managers even gave me a small discount for the wait.

I would have left a 1 star review but one of the deli clerks turned it around to a 5 star. I ordered 2 of the new smokey Cuban subs one time and they messed it up completely where we didn't even eat them. I talked with the manager and placed an order for 2 more at no cost a different day to have dinner with my family.

The day came for the subs and I was late to pick them up so I called the store as I headed there. Kyle answered the phone and informed me that no one in the deli was made aware of the order that night and at 8pm the pork for the sandwiches was thrown out, it was just after 8. I was really bummed, he apologized for it and he asked if he could do anything to replace it. At first I said no, but I had to get dinner for my family, then I reluctantly ordered Italians. He said he would make them.

So I pull up to the publix later and walk over to the deli, I found out he went out of his way to make the pork just for me late at night. He said he could tell how bummed I was and since I told him I was talking about them all day to my family he couldn't let me down. I wanted to give 1 star until he completely surprised me and made my night with subs way better than the first. Thank you Kyle. 😊

Nice clean store. Like their buy one get one they offer. Shop here often. Great pharmacy.

In this Publix every day and am always happy but this one particular day there is one poor lady working in the deli trying to help a line of about 8 people and Boone would help her there was a "manager" talking to a deli guy who could clearly see how busy they were and they stood there talking averting their eyes from us finally another girl got away from the meet cutting counter and ran over to help these ladies work hard and as a manager he should have held his conversation until after the customers were helped. Its simple customer service and I know Publix is usually amazing with it.

Great store, good staff and management, not as up-to-date as most newer stores, but I understand it is in the works right now for a remodel.....so stay tuned. Great bakery with the best cakes and if you're new in town be sure to try a Sub sandwich from the deli, better known locally as a Pub Sub.
