Another wonderful visit to CVS.
Well stocked and very clean too. The male Manager is always eager to help and get you checked out as quickly as possible. As soon as you walk up to the register lane, he drops everything he doing to get you taken care of.
I honestly love coming to this location as the staff and manager are wonderful.

I am not exactly the most patient person but I can tell you who is... Sammi at the CVS I just was at had to be the nicest and most patient person I have ever dealt with . She walked me through explaining what items work for my situation and does it all with a big smile. Thanks Sammi.

I live in South Carolina, but I was visiting my daughter in Florida when I contracted a UTI. It was late on Halloween night, around 8:00 PM, and I knew I had to get some relief, and fast. I phoned my doctor back home and he called in a prescription to the CVS at 430 State Road in Jacksonville, FL. The pharmacist was able to fill the Rx, but I arrived at CVS a few minutes after the pharmacy closed at 9:00PM. The pharmacist (John) was literally walking out the door as I walked in. I stopped him and told him what I needed; he politely explained that the pharmacy computer shuts down at 9:00PM, and he could not get me the medicine until the pharmacy reopened the next morning at 8:00AM. Seeing the distress on my face, he walked me back to the aisle with some over the counter feminine meds, and he told me what to buy for some quick relief that night so I could sleep. I had no idea something like that even existed. He also recommended that I drink some cranberry juice that night. I purchased both of them there at CVS and I was able to get some relief and sleep that night. I came back at 8:00AM to pick up the Rx. I am forever indebted to "John"! Thank you sir!!!!

I love my CVS! They take the time to Care. I’m 70 years old and need a little help especially learning to take advantage of the coupons system. I saved 35%.

I always get great service and a warm welcome at my CVS. Pharmacy, sales floor or register. The staff is warm, welcoming and engaging. It makes your shopping trip a pleasure.

My photo order was submitted online during a power outage. As result, my order did not go through. I was unable to pick up my pictures. Robert, a CVS employee at Julington Creek SR 13 went above and beyond, making multiple phones calls to the CVS photo department to make sure my order could be found in the CVS photo system. I was able to have my order printed and ready for pick up. I am so grateful for his efforts, persistence and work ethic. He is a great asset to CVS. Thank you Robert. 👏

Ritchie and Valerie at the pharmacy were fantastic in getting things sorted quickly when there was an issue with my prescriptions being sent to the wrong CVS by my doctor's office. They were both friendly and personable, and I will definitely be using this CVS as my preferred pharmacy because of them.

I also appreciate the fact that the company allows its associates to take care of themselves by stopping operations for a dedicated lunch time (1:30-2). More companies would do good to realize that people are more important than profits.

Kim was by far the most engaging and helpful person I have ever had experience with at any CVS.

I saw my General Practitioner today and was told I needed a Tetanus booster as well as the annual Flu shot. I went to the CVS Pharmacy in Julington Village (430 State Road 13) where Neil helped me with the paperwork and the Pharmacist, John Smith, administered the shots. I have known John and Neil for years and they are always very helpful and congenial. Many thanks!

Original review was over 4 years ago. Pharmacy has since undergone significant changes and started using them again about 2 years ago with no issues. Updating to 5 stars!!!

I’ve used this Pharmacy for years and haven’t had an issue. However tonight was a MESS. Had to go the ER today and was diagnosed with pneumonia and given 2 scripts. Dropped both off on the way home from the hospital. 6 hours later my husband goes to pick them up and was told they only had 1 for me. I call and they accuse the hospital of only sending 1 over, once I explain that I personally dropped them both off they spend another few minutes looking and come back and say they only have 1. Never apologized, and never offered to call the hospital to make it right, so I (with 105 fever) had to track down the hospitals phone number, call the hospital and have them look my records up and request the new doctor on staff to call it in. It’s now 8:52 and I’m willing to bet they will close BEFORE they fill my script!! Moving all my medications to the Racetrack location, there is no sense in using a pharmacy that loses prescriptions AND can’t own up to the mistake and offer to make it right for a sick customer!!!!

I called this CVS to see if they had a particular over the counter medicine in stock for a family member who lives nearby but has covid so she was going to have to send her daughter to look for it. I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer the phone when I called due to staff shortages everywhere. Much to my surprise, the lady who answered the phone said she was with a customer but would get right back to me. Within a few seconds a man then took my call and listened to exactly what I needed and then put me on hold and in less than a few minutes later, came back to tell me they have it in stock. He said he put it behind the counter with my cousin's name on it so all her daughter had to do was go to the front counter. That was exceptional customer service in these times!

Use this pharmacy all the time and seldom have a problem, despite it being a busy place. John, the pharmacist, always is knowledgeable and attentive. All of the customer service reps are helpful, and Neil is outstanding. It seems to me that many of these one-star reviews are petty, or unfair to this store because they complain about matters not in local control.

I am new to the area and have switched to this cvs. I feel so bad because they are so understaffed just like everywhere else in the country. Valerie is always there when I come, night and day and she's so busy but she manages to be nice, friendly and efficient. She should be recognized for this and get a paid vacation. If I was qualified to come back there and help I would in a heartbeat. Thanks VALERIE!

The non-stop recording at the check-out register is VERY annoying! It must drive the associates nuts, as it would me within a few minutes. It is ridiculous and VERY distracting.

clean store, they always have sales on different items, I use almost all the time coupons sent via email, just pleasant experience.

I’ve always had a good experience with the pharmacy here. Really nice pharmacist, always helpful even when he’s having a busy day.
