I was a patient of Dr. U North Dakota and Washington state. He always showed compassion and help me to understand his care plan for me and how to plan for future events. Throughout my health treatment and the many doctors I seen, hands down he is best I had work with. I never got to say it before he left Washington. Thank you for all you had done for me. When we were in North Dakota and he said the same week I was moving to Washington so was he, I thought it was a dream. Florida really has one of the best doctors and people out there now that he is there. You are sincerely missed.
