Sonia Millan Pinzon, MD

I went to Dr Millan for the first time approximately 2 months ago and she was absolutely great. She listens to what I had to say. She knew exactly where my knee pain was and addressed the problem right away. I would like to thank you Dr Millan for the help that you provided for me. In my opinion she is a top notch doctor and I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Millan diagnosed, and provided treatment which worked on a very painful spot on my upper back.
After a couple of weeks doing the strength building exercises she provided, the condition started to improve. Seven weeks later, the pain is nearly gone.
I am very physically active. And Dr. Millan succeeded where two other "specialists", and six weeks of physical therapy failed to provide relief.
Also, Dr. Millan and office staff are very professional, and there is very little delay between appointment time and actually seeing the Doctor.

Dr. Millan and her staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful! Didn’t wait long to be seen. I recommend to everyone. Brought my son there and he chose a pink cast. They had several colors to choose from. Love it!

I’m a patient of Sonia millan for several year , even though she doesn’t do surgery she help me get healthy on several occasions ! I was late one time i almost lost my line of appointment but they tolerated my late check in and my last appointment was about getting PRP (Platelet-rich plasma ) for my tennis elbow I was hardly using my elbow and having difficulty use it so thanks to Sonia Millan Pinzon she cured my elbow …

Saw Dr Millan after an ortho at the largest practice in the area discussed nothing with me, gave me shots in my knees, and sent me off without even scheduling a follow up. Dr. Millan took the time to go over my x-rays in detail, explain everything that's been happening with my knees, put in an order for physical therapy, and schedule a follow-up. I'm SO relieved to find an ortho who communicates, is proactive, AND demonstrates that she cares!

Dr.Millan was patient and understood everything I was trying to explain to her.She has a great sense of humor too.As an RN for 51 years I appreciated her professionalism.
She gave me all my options at the end of our visit.

My husband has been very happy with Dr. Millan. He has been happy with his treatment and continues to follow with her. I recently fell and have several fractures.I plan to see Dr. Milan this week.

She’s treating an arm injury for me currently. Very thorough and caring- also encourages patients to be active in their own healing process. I think she’s great and her staff has been wonderful.

Very informative visit

The office staff is very nice. The doctor is not personable and mildly aggressive. She did take my case seriously and dismissed me as having nothing wrong. I had left knee pain from an exercise injury lasting more than 6 months when I saw her. I did not feel she gave an accurate diagnosis.
I pursued better options and found them at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. The doctors were able to diagnose a major problem within fifteen minutes of my first visit. We found surgery was my best option. I am now recovering nicely from a Tibial Tuberosity Osteotomy.
This doctor had the same x-rays and MRI’s to review as Mayo Clinic did. How did she miss this? If you are looking for a doctor to go the extra mile and not treat you like a drug seeker then go to Mayo Clinic and stay far away from this doctor.

Terrible experience with dr. Milan. Did not listen to anything I had to say, and was in huge rush to get out the door. Very rude and aggressive like others here have mentioned. My mask slipped beneath my nose a few times when talking and she became extremely angry and rude when this happened. When doing my exam I was in pain during one of the exercises, I told her it was hurting and didn’t want to push it more, and she stopped the whole exam there and had a temper tantrum because I stopped her. She ended up arguing with me and storming out of the room, then sent her nurse in to finish. She was everybody’s worse fear for a doctors visit. Shockingly rude and immature for a doctor

Dr called less than 24 hours to get X-rays, to which I could not do, due to other pressing priorities. Then when I showed up for the appt which is a ways from my home, they told me appt was cancelled. Didn’t even bother to call me to let me know.

AWFUL AND Completely overcharge for services. Changed my bill 3 times 1st $399 then to $1200, then to $339. Daughter was there 10 minutes. They did nothing but overcharge me and I could not get any one to call me back to discuss bill or make it right. Then sent my daughters bill to collections. TERRIBLE AND THEY OVERCHARGE AND COULD CARE LESS TO GET BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU QUESTION A BILL THAT COMES IN 3 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS.
