Really, a great experience. They Worked amazing even with low or bad credit. It was fast and really good payments. I am in love with my Toyota Sienna, it was in perfect conditions. Great people to talk cars with and look at cars without the pressure of sales.
Every car I seen came fully inspected and with a Car Fax.
Nice newer reasonably priced vehicles, from trucks to cars to SUVs.
I bought a 2007 Expedition at a good price and it comes with a warranty!
After the purchase I found a small oversight of mine about a seat and they offered to fix at no cost.
If you want a great place to go, honest sales staff, that don't work on commission from my understanding...
Will let you just hang out at the car looking everything over with no pressure.. this is the place to go. And stay over an hour late making sure your happy.
They have earned my business when I am in the market again.

Lyn and Kate are AMAZING and make buying a car from this dealership very enjoyable. I was semi disappointed the tank was less than half full and car floorboards were not vacuumed (or at least thoroughly vacuumed) when receiving the vehicle. However, they have great prices on their vehicles, I am happy so far with my new car, and I recommend considering them first for your next pre-owned vehicle purchase!

Hamid is a really nice and genuine person. He and and his brother Sam have owned this dealership since 1994 and now I know why they’ve had so much success. We had a great experience at Magic Imports! We bought a Honda Pilot for a far better price than I found at any dealership within a hundred miles. None of the gimmicks and fees associated with big dealerships and they treat you like a person as opposed to a potential sale. I wish them many more years of success!

Oh my gosh, I cannot rave enough about Magic City Imports.... My husband Nick and I were in there earlier today and within a few hours we were out the door with the car of my dreams, a 2012 Toyota Camry!! From the moment we stepped onto the lot the owner was friendly and courteous, NOT pushy. I really found that to be very respectful... Once we found the car We wanted, he went out if his way to get our payments where We needed them to be. We are thankful and SO very Blessed that we were led to Magic City Imports... Will definitely spread the good news!! WOO-HOO!!!!!

Our sales man Johnny was very helpful. He does all he can to get you in a car. There's no pressure to buy a car if you can't and works with what you have. He is awesome. I highly recommend if your going to get a car talk to Johnny he's your man. Staff is awesome as well. I had a great experience.

Johnnie was great. I came up there looking at a truck and didn't have much time. With the money I had and credit rating he suggested I look at another car as a back up. Ended up couldn't get my first choice. I went with the second and finally got to put some miles on it yesterday and today and I absolutely love the car. Thank you all at magic for your time patience and helping me find a car that fit me. Definitely would suggest going to Magic Imports.

Was shopping around for a few weeks for a new family vehicle after car was totaled and having two kids in carseats, safety and reliability was a must! We initially loved the Chrysler town and country but it was a little out of our price range. Johnny was great in finding us equally comparable vehicles in our price range to choose from with a great selection including an suv dodge nitro and 2 other vans dodge caravan and honda odyssey. Johnny was knowledgeable about the vehicles, respected our choices and honestly realistic about our possibilities given our small down payment and ability to finance. Thats rare in your average car salesman. Once we decided on the odyssey, the completion of the sale was complete! They got our paperwork completed quickly and effficiently in half the time it took to purchase my first vehicle at a big name brand dealership. I noticed after purchase the reading light was broken. Was able to take it back immediately to have fixed by their tech and enjoyed some yummy coffee in their lounge while i waited, which was all of 10mins. As a bonus, they got car mats for my vehicle too. Now that'll keep the floor clean with kids jumping in and out. After that, i can honestly say i got 5 star service and was happy with my purchase, got a good deal, and will definitely go there again for my next vehicle! Go see Johnny! He's the man with plan and will hook you up! The owner Mr Sam is very nice and friendly and Kate in clerical that does your paperwork was really sweet too. Car came with 2yr/24k warranty so if there's problems with engine transmission etc, you pay a deductible and it gets fixed. Peace of mind for a sound purchase and now I'm the happy owner of a new safe family van! Check them out.

One word..... Impressive! From the moment I called asking about a particular vehicle for my wife to the trip to their location (very easy drive from Ocala) to making a deal and my wife driving home her new vehicle...... Definitely, Impressed! Hamid (owner), Sam (his brother) and their employees were helpful, knowledgeable and driven to make sure we were 100% satisfied before we signed! My daughter had her heart set on a Scion FRS for a while, unfortunately we couldn't find one nowhere near Jax, so we decided to visit magic imports. we liked the car at the first sight and I knew my daughter wants it. Johnny was very helpful and didn't hesitate to let my daughter test drive it. As she was on the road I sat down to go over my buying options, right from the get go Johnny told me that they do not negotiate the sticker price. My daughter did months worth of research on that car and we knew that the car was underpriced by what was listed on the Kelly blue book. The car also has brand new Michelin tires, had 60k miles service done and it was in excellent condition. Johnny also mentioned that their dealer fees are small (little bit over $100) and that they give 30 day warranty. Most dealers give 7 days or nothing, unless is certified preowned or on a brand new cars. Johnny also mentioned extended warranty which was very affordable and i went ahead and bought that too. The whole process didn't take more than 45 min. After that we sat down with Lyn and she was outstanding, quick and knowledgeable about all the paperwork, answered all our questions and we were out the door in minutes. I bought cars in my life, but it was never this easy and quick. These folks are honest and fair and I am happy we bought a car from them. Thank you.

Amazing experience. I went in for a '14 Ford focus, and by far the best experience i've ever had at a dealership. Johnny and Lyn made sure I was comfortable, and made sure the process went extremely smooth.Excellent place to go if you're tired of the normal runaround from other dealerships.

Husband needed a newer vehicle. He got a great car at a good price. They didn't rush us to buy a car. They wanted to make sure the car we got was wanted we wanted, not just based on the price. They were very considerate - treat you a person and not a commission. The cars nice on outside & inside, the service wonderful, and no pushy sales people. Will definitely go back when I need another vehicle.

We went to Magic Imports and looked at a car, our son loved it. We weren't quite sure about the AC. We looked around a lot of other places and came back again. They were all great, especially Hamid and Sean and the finance person. They had the mechanic look at the AC and he thought it looked like it was a bit weak. They made the repairs to the AC which was amazing and wonderful. They also took our old vehicle in trade. They were great to work with and we went out the door with a great deal and very satisfied. We would recommend anyone going to Magic Motors for a great car buying experience.

Just bought a car this past Friday from Hamid and was very pleased with the whole purchasing experience! I had an issue over the weekend with the passenger side window and the team at Magic Imports fixed it with no hesitation on Monday, at no cost to me. I really appreciated their customer service. Best place Alachua county to get a used vehicle. I got a great car at a good price. The way they serviced me is unheard when it comes to car dealerships. I wasn't rushed to buy a car. they answered all my questions fully. Then they gave me privacy to make a decision on what i wanted to do, They also treat you a person and not something that brings them commission. Before i got my car I called them and told them which one i was getting and they said that if anyone asks about it that it was already sold. They also detailed right before I got inside and drove off. And even after I got my car they check on me from time to time just to make sure there are no problems.

The moment I stepped onto the Magic Imports lot I knew they were the place and people to do business with. I didn't buy a car that first day but a few weeks later Johnny reached out to me about a 2013 Jetta I expressed interest in. That day I scheduled to see another Jetta for sale by owner, but asked Johnny if I could come by after. The first Jetta was a bust and I headed straight to Magic Imports. Johnny stayed late just to meet with me and had the car I wanted warming up for a test drive. They gave me an amazing deal and sold me my first car! I cannot express enough how fortunate I am to have done business at Magic Imports! Great people, great cars and great prices!
