Not crowded, good location with very ample parking - if you need to swap out a battery, ect, you are absolutely not going to lack for room.

My car broke down, and AAA wasn't going to send anyone for 6 hrs. I knew I needed a battery and alternator. A very nice gentleman named tim asked me if I needed help while i was stuck at a gas station. He told me he was the manager at Auto Zone. He said he could put a new battery in. After that, we drove to AutoZone and Tim and justin checked my car out. I also needed an alternator. They suggested an automotive shop, the next day I had my car fixed. I feel so grateful that the they helped me.

Alstin was amazing! We got there kind of late, yet he was still willing to help us out and install a new headlight. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

Friendly service and very helpful. Not only did the gentleman show me exactly what headlights fit my car, but also allowed me to make the decision of which ones to buy instead of pushing for the higher priced ones. He showed me how to install them as well.

Let me tell you about these guys.. I'm riding with a buddy from Gainesville and my GPS said that we wouldn't arrive until 9:02pm. This store closes @ 9PM. So I called and expressed my situation and these guys stay tht extra 5 mins to get us taken care of. NO COMPLAINTS. S/o to the Manager and the guy that answered the phone. You guys R the real MVPs!

They were very helpful. My car was blowing hot air so we stopped to get some freon. We had a little trouble but they came out to help us get the freon in.

Vastly improved from the last visit. Good price on quality battery with great warranty. Installed in short time while also checking alternator. Technician very efficient and courteous.

Saved my life after I ran out of brake fluid and found the hard way. Got me back on the road to home safely. Highly recommended

This is the best Autozone I have ever been to. My husband and I stopped there on our way to SC because our car started running rough and the engine light came on. They put the tester on the car and immediately told us what was wrong. Treston and his fellow employee were so nice and helpful. We were able to get the part we needed and a very nice local boy named Hunter installed it for us. He didn't even want to take any money for the install, saying he enjoyed being able to help people! Such a nice young man! I told him his mom would be very proud. We are very grateful that the locals in Starke were so very nice and helpful. A big thank you to the workers of this Autozone and Hunter. Everyone exceeded our expectations! Five stars plus for sure!!

Good place to shop for car parts. Not for lawn mower stuff.

Many years ago I was driving from Florida to North Carolina and a spring bolt on my alternator busted. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I was about 10 miles away and it was near closing time I phoned this store and they stayed open until I got there. Next my hands were to large to install the replacement bolt and the lady working there installed it for me and refused a tip. Again Thanks!

Starke store is closest one to me and I have frequented it more times than I would like to count. This time I went in for windshield wiper blades. CHRISTINA was the fantastic employee that helped me that day. Not only did she find blades, but installed all three of them. She checked my fluid levels and topped off my wiper fluid and coolant and then checked ODMI for vehicle problems. This young lady wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty or go above and beyond selling me wiper blades!!! Thank you CHRISTINA!!! It's refreshing to encounter someone who knows what "customer service" means!

It's a typical parts store. If they don't have what you need they can more than likely order it. Staff is there and they will help you when they can.

I got a new battery today. Scot gave excellent customer service.He price comped for me also tested and installed the battery with a great attitude.
