Great experience! Lisa, salesperson wasn't pushy.Sha didn't try to sell me on the most expensive items. everything we looked at she told the best qualities of that item and, maybe downfalls too. Then helped with the financing,which ended up in a new double door refrigerator (which I love) And an adjustable queen size bed.we are so satisfied with both.%he store was clean and very well layed out.Everyone was welcoming and friendly.vI would recommend Badcocks to everyone

I shopped at the Bradford County location when I first opened my account I had a $1000 limit but then redone everything a year later and now I have a 3500 dollar limit. My experience was amazing and I was quite pleased with the sales woman Lisa. She was kind and helpful. I would recommend them over any other furniture store.

I love this place. Montana was definitely the absolute best sales rep I’ve ever had. The customer service was through the roof. Also, the store was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

All the ladies in store are very professional and they are always so friendly to us. They actually have alot of patience with me. I change my mind alot in store!!! Everything is so beautiful.
Mr. Carl and Mr.Rowland are awesome. They always arrive when they say they will. I just purchased a 3 door Samsung refrigerator and they had to remove the doors to get it in. They did it and took excellent care to replace them. I've never been to any of your other stores,but this is close to home for us. Very friendly and professional folks.

Contacted them by phone after problems with getting a product delivered from a competitor. They carried a comparable product and told me that I got there quickly it would go on the next delivery truck. After 2 days of wrestling with Lowes to get my new freezer delivered this was good news

Love the customer service

I went in with a painful back, looking to buy a recliner. The folks in the store could not have been sweeter or kinder if they had been my own children. It is a gorgeous store with a fabulous selection.

My Husband and i went in looking for a dining table and Carrie came and helped us was very informative. She’s very polite and a great sales person. Thank you!!!

Friendly helpful staff. They have a clearance room in the back left of the store. They have a reasonable delivery and installation charge. Shop the holiday sales for the best deals!
