SpringHill Suites by Marriott Panama City Beach Beachfront

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel. It's quiet compared to other places I've stayed in PCB during the summer. Never had an issue finding pool chairs. Elevator wait times were not as bad as others were saying. We waited max 5 minutes for an elevator our entire stay. Beach chair attendants are SO NICE and accommodating. Lots of different types of chairs to rent from padded lounge chairs, to daybeds, to wooden lounge chairs. Lots of variety for different budgets. They also offer half day rentals which we really loved since some days we didn't want to stay on the beach the whole day.The beach was not crowded at all and only one row of beach chairs set up right in the front of the water. The free breakfast was a nice perk every day especially with the beautiful views from the lobby. Easy access to parking garage, pool, and beach and not a lot of walking involved. Truly one of the best beach hotels/resorts i've stayed at. Can't wait to come back!

I'm giving it 4 stars because the room had a mini fridge that didn't get cold enough so the freezer didn't work to keep ice cream bears frozen. The microwave wouldn't start after setting the heating time so couldn't make popcorn. The water in the shower ran hot....🥵 Even after turning it all the way down to cold setting. The service was excellent and the location was perfect for quick access to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront to close out our spring break. The view of the beach at breakfast was absolutely amazing, setting the perfect tone for our day. Shemar at the front desk provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults alike, offering a great spot to relax and have fun. Michael at the bar kept the good times rolling with some fantastic drinks that kept us festive and in high spirits. We had plenty of room in our suite, ensuring a comfortable stay for the entire family. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

The thing I loved most about this hotel is they satisfied all the major expectations while covering little things that often get overlooked. My wife and I just took a quick trip with our toddler and stayed here to kick off summer. Great location, clean beaches and great service. Little things make us appreciate this place. You never had to wait too long for an elevator, and it felt secure and safe with key card access everywhere. You don't even have to leave the hotel with all the amenities they provide if you don't care to. Very family friendly, but also spacious enough for adult travelers not looking to be around families. The rooms were clean and while I wish there was a way to prop balcony doors open I did appreciate the system doors to the balcony as opposed to noisy sliding doors that can be heard opening and closing all day from people around you. My family loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Great location near pier and some dining areas. Right off beautiful beach with some activity options for rent outside. Clean and great service. Pool is an awesome alternative for the kids with the lazy river and beach entry but it can get rambunctious at around 8pm. Breakfast was fantastic. Plan to spend some time waiting on elevators…

My family had the pleasure of staying here recently. This is our GO TO hotel when we are in Panama City Beach! The front desk is very welcoming and assisted us in our room selection once we arrived. And I cannot say enough about the new menu and chef at Compass! There really is no need to leave the property. The food was delicious and consistent every time we ordered from the menu to eat in our room. The location is quiet and beautiful. This is truly a RESORT, not just a hotel! There are many hotel choices on the beach, and there is no other place we will stay!! If they don't have availability, we will change our dates ;)

This is a great hotel with great views of the beach and very convenient walking for food and shopping. All kinds of varieties are nearby. The actual hotel has great views for pictures and just relaxing. The pool is an awesome lazy river hot tub. A restaurant is above, and below is on site at the hotel. The food is good but is pricey. The suite had a great balcony view of the beach and sunsets. The room was clean, and the bed was good 5 star customer service from the front desk to staff.

If I had any negative feedback, it's the parking it's steep at 20$ day, and this hotel is extremely busy all evening. It'd be easier to walk the steps to skip the elevator.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and everything was fantastic! We got an ocean front room and it was perfect. We were right above the pool and we couldn’t hear a thing. Breakfast was great and the view was so perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and service was outstanding. Shemar at the front desk was wonderful! The rooms and entire facility was clean and well maintained. The location and ocean views were excellent. Parking was great too. We are returning to this hotel very soon!

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful views! Complimentary breakfast was nice with lots of options. The pool was great and the lazy river was a nice feature. It's always great to have a hot tub to relax in as well. The walk to the beach is easy and short. Overall, it was a great experience!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. This hotel smells amazing. Even the lobby bathrooms.
Food options are good, everything was clean. The beach access is great and the views are wonderful. Definitely will stay at this hotel again.

My family and I stayed at Springhill Suites Panama City Beach and it was exceptional. We are locals and wanted to have a nice staycation and the stay at this location was wonderful. Sometimes it is difficult this time of year to find a reasonable price as well as a location with great amenities this time of year. The breakfast had a vast variety, if you are able to have a balcony the view of the beach is beautiful, and there was exceptional service at the front desk. I want to specifically name Jay and Gonzalo who went above and beyond to assist me and my family with our reservation. With us booking last minute they were so kind to make sure we were well taken care of. We especially want to thank them for their excellent customer service. It was a great experience for us and are booking again for another stay.

I stayed here a lil over a month ago and meant to leave my review then! This is by far the most beautiful SpringHill suites I’ve ever stayed at and I only stay at Marriott. Customer service was above and beyond! Shamar received me and my family at check in he was very kind and efficient! I had a slight issue with my room type but he was able to switch it out and resolve the situation with care and a swiftness! Throughout my weekend stay Marsha and Camille were my 2 favorite front desk agents always greeting us with big beautiful smiles and the most elite care. I noticed Shamar, Marsha, and Camille worked triples and double shifts throughout my stay and they STILL had the most admirable attitudes and customer service 10 outta 10 on service and I hope management is paying them well they truly deserve it. I’m cranky after my 8 hour shift I can’t imagine working back to back to back. Hotel is more so new which adds to it’s cleanliness and I am very picky about that. Rooms are pretty spacious. Location was EVERYTHING don’t walk, run! An amazing beachfront property that boasts beautiful sands and clear waters for the “aesthetic” type. Two bars, great food, and free breakfast??!!!?!? And not any old breakfast, I actually enjoyed the buffet. Don’t expect chicken and waffles and double stuffed brioche French toast, relax, but the biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs, bacon, fruits, and yogurts will do it every time. It can be a little pricey but I only want to stay here next time I come back!

Cons:
The ONLY con was the beach umbrella and chairs. I guess this property allows a 3rd party company to sell these expensive add ons and I was told it would be $30 for a large umbrella but once I actually got to the beach, Victoria colored/crossed out the original pricing and said it was “event pricing” for $40 + tax for an umbrella rental. The lack of communication was my only issue. I do not like feeling scammed! The desk had no clue of any special event pricing for the weekend and after taxes it was almost $50 for one umbrella. I paid but had it been communicated properly I would’ve brought my own for much cheaper. From an objective perspective, Victoria handled herself professionally and still had good customer service despite my attitude. I was very upset about the pricing miscommunication. For future reference, please update the front desk when you decide to change the prices friend. Otherwise my stay was magnificent!

We loved this hotel. We will be retu
rning next year. Everything you need is on site. The chef there makes the best pineapple chicken bowls I've ever tasted! The drinks were pretty strong also. You get your money's worth.

We came on Mother's Day. The staff at the front desk gave me a goodie bag but what I thought really special was the lovely Mother's Day card. The envelope was decorated by someone and the Manager and Assistant Manager had signed the card. This, to me, goes above and beyond great customer service.

Events are perfect at this location! We recently held a family event in the Starfish room with attached outdoor patio overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The staff is excellent and very professional. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this venue for events big and small. Ms. Irina did a superb job as did Padi. Thank you so much!

Do not spend your money on the tourist trap restraunts. We wasted money on horrible drinks, even worse service and mediocre food. Discovered the restraunt and bar within the hotel and it was phenomenal! Stay here and enjoy yhe entertainment, the beautiful pool, super easy beach access. You cannot go wrong! I could not be happier with our stay. I plan on coming back! Thank you for the hospitality.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Panama City Beach Beachfront in April 2024, and it was an amazing experience! 🌴 I booked, saved, and organized my vacation through ResortPass, which made everything so convenient.Dinner at Latitude Grill was a highlight—the service and food were fantastic. 🍽 The cabana we booked through ResortPass was perfect for our group of six; we couldn't have asked for better! 🎉 Beach time was fantastic, and the lazy river was incredibly relaxing. 🔥 We loved the fire pit grill, lounge area, hot tub, and fitness center—a total relaxation zone! 💪Checking in on the fourth floor with those gorgeous views was a treat, and the sunset views from the pool area were breathtaking! 🌅 With Marriott, you know you're getting points, upgrades, and awesome timeshare options. 🌟Thanks to ResortPass, the entire experience was seamless. I can't wait for my next Marriott adventure!I recommend reservations for a cabana at the pool!

My family and I come here for staycations and it never misses. The balcony is always a must have with beautiful views and each time the rooms have always been in great condition. Our continuous go to.
