Very good experience, an Asian waiter in the store is very patient, but unfortunately she can't speak Chinese, a young man who can speak Spanish is very nice, the whole process is very happy.

Absolutely love this outlet store of Coach! The prices are reduced by 60% or even more, which really makes a huge difference for your pocket.

We stopped by unintentionally but couldn’t resist to buy a variety of leather goods there. It’s also a very good place for buying little presents like purses. There is a huge variety available. We also bought a travel bag, which costs 200$ instead of 800! The quality is simply perfect! Pretty shoes 80$ instead of 180 and so on.

Highly recommended for a surprisingly good shopping experience!

My daughter and I have stopped in here daily while on vacation. They do a great job of restocking the store. They keep it neat and organized. The staff is very kind. They are watchful; easy to get help, questions answered, etc. Nice people, great deals.

The Key West shop on Duval Street is the favorite location with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I did not plan to purchase anything ... was looking for AC ... but they had some nice stuff so I got sucked in ... LOL. The ladies were very pleasant. I would stop in there again next time I'm in Key West.

I think it's a trap! one goes in so the while family goes in and comes out with a bag! we went there to walk around and of course my wife as if we dont have enough coach stores in Miami thinks its cool to buy from key west (my pockets are not agreeing to this purchase). So she bought a lot of stuff and she was happy at the end (she better!)
I wish to never see this store and will make sure to go 100mph on that specific road for her not to have a glimpse of the store. :)

The customer service was EXCELLENT. Got me a silk scarf, purse and my husband a wallet. The sale they had was GREAT.

I didn't buy anything here but I had SO MUCH FUN looking at their merchandise! Definitely one of the nicest stores we visited in Key West.
