Boat House Bar & Grill

This place was an absolute blast!! The view out over the harbor was cool, we got to watch the sunset do what it famously does in Key West as an added bonus to our dinner. The food options were a wide spread covering just about anything you might be in the mood for. Everything was cooked perfectly, our server was top-notch, and it made for a great wonderful end to a packed day exploring the island. There was an arcade just off of the dining room, which seemed to keep kids and adults alike quite busy. The craft selection was nice, and the local Key Lime Cider was a big hit. Definitely worth a visit regardless of your party size and interests.

This is the place to go! Happy hour is half off lots of items! The Apps and Beers for sure! Loved the Buffalo Shrimp and wings and Calamari! The Conch fritters were ho hum. Atmosphere was spot on! Staff was super friendly and fast! Especially for how busy it was! Awesome experience!

This was recommended to us by someone we met there on Duval and he was spot on. This place had some great food. Great spot on the marina with a ton of beautiful boats to look at. I also have to add that every server and bartender in here was just beautiful. A great spot for dinner of lunch any day of the week. Will definitely return.

Great food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Came just on time for happy hour. A little Loyd and busy, but atmosphere just right.

This was the perfect spot to end our day. We were able to catch the sunset and Happy Hour! They have THE BEST conch fritters in KW! And we’ve tried them at countless places! The sauce was amazing and paired perfectly with them. We also shared the fish bites. Also excellent! For dinner we had the red snapper…delicious! We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 nights later! Definitely recommend!

I loved this place! A+++ for the outstanding grouper sandwich. It was a large portion on the perfect roll. So flavorful and well seasoned. I had the fried version and my girlfriend had blackened. Both were delicious, but I would probably go with blackened or grilled next time. Their batter is a little thick for a sandwich (more like a fish & chips batter). I prefer a panko flake or light breading on fried fish sandwiches.

The atmosphere here is ideal. Excellent design to the building to take advantage of every inch of waterfront space. Great staff and quick, attentive service. Mango iced tea was delicious and the quality side salad was a great choice instead of fries.

Bubba's is a delightful spot for seafood with a nice ambiance. The food, including crispy fries, excellent calamari, and shrimp fry, is truly amazing. The salads and drinks add to the overall experience. Despite the crowd, the vibe was enjoyable, thanks to the attentive and friendly waitstaff.

The great service at the bar was friendly, prompt, and professional. Very good draft beer selection ranging from Guiness Stout to local brews. The food menu included a very good selection of appetizers. The lobster bisque and tenderloin kabobs were delicious. The kabobs came with a small side salad topped with blue cheese. The menu also had a very good selection of entrees, but the appetizers were enough to fill me up. The ambiance at the spacious bar was great. The location right on the marina is beautiful.

Fried conch fritters was definitely worth it. Love the fish. It was grouper with a Caesar salad. Definitely recommend a little pricey, but it’s because you’re close to the water and there is a nice memory to it.

I enjoyed the happy hour food option. It was very excellent and tasteful. The food serving was very fast! I was very well pleased how fast they were in removing the dirty plates from the table as well. And a special shout out to Kasie you were outstanding. Not expensive place but as for our first trip to key west it was a great place to dine in!

Dockside restaurant located in the historic seaport. Accessible walking on the dock starting close to Duval or one of the parallel streets, can’t remember the name but easily found on google maps.
They have a great happy hour menu from 4:30 to 6:30 pm with half off their small plate options which is many. Including drinks and beers. Our waitress, Jewels was wonderful. Very professional and attentive. Wear light close as there is no AC, but plenty of wall and ceiling fans to keep the breeze going.
The food is pretty quick to come out of the kitchen, so you won’t spend too much time away from the Key West attractions. I saw a YouTube review on this restaurant and decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend it.

Service is impeccable! Atmosphere ,it doesn't get any better being in Key West looking at boats & water.
Food is outstanding, Drinks 1/2 at Happy Hour!

Pretty new to the Key West scene. We got lots of recommendations, but we ignored them to try Boat House. Maybe one of the best Happy Hour deals I've ever experienced. The small plates menu was pretty darn delicious, and the Happy Hour is half price! We tried 6 different plates, all good. Our favorite was the ribs, but the wings weren't far behind. Great service too, very kind and timely.

We had a fairly short 4 day stay in Key West but we made two trips to the Boat House because it was just that good. The staff was incredible at keeping everything moving during the packed happy hour (4-630 daily). There were drink specials and all of their small plates are half-priced for happy hour. We truly enjoyed the coconut shrimp, lobster bisque, house bread, calamari, conch fritters and skirt steak with tomatoes. It's located in the beautiful waterfront area, where there are a lot of options, but this was definitely one of the best. Make sure Boat House is a part of your visit to Key West!

Amazing happy hour and food. We have been to key west the past few years but the first time stopping here. Gonna make it an annual visit!

It is one of the best restaurants for fried seafood in Keys (I usually don't like fried food, but this is an exception). Fresh, crunchy, and tasty. Oh the best part is that the restrooms got cold AC vs the hot/warm ocean temperatures 😆 🤣. Highly recommend if you are around.

We always make a point to stop here for happy hour, when we're in Key West. It's our favorite!

100% come here for happy hour. It's half off all starters and beers that are already cheap regularly.

You're probably here because you drove the almost 4 hour drive from Miami anyways so just pig out here before you head home. Everything was tasty and satisfying and that's everything you can ask for for this kind of value. I would recommend some of my favorite items but honestly just select a handful and try them all!!

Parking was easy in a huge lot next to this area that's paid (free on some days/hours).

There wasn't AC inside which was a huge bummer but there are lots of fans circulating I suppose.
