Went in to see if I could find some inline skates, now I know, that's a no go. Had some items for camping, waterproof footwear and lots of coats.

Got sent merchandise I didn't order. Returned it all to the store in Charlottesville and they were happy to help me. Excellent customer service!

I popped in L.L. Bean for the first time today and the store is extremely organized very very clean. However, I want to point out how fantastic the staff is. Everybody was extremely kind and very polite not to mention extremely helpful while I was in the store. I’ll be back for that sweater!!!

I really like your clothes - but really - does there have to be a logo on every jacket? There’s a cute white fleece jacket for $99.00 you keep reminding me of - but THERE’S A BIG LLBEAN LOGO ON THE FRONT! If you can figure out a way to take it off , I’ll buy the jacket. Promise.

Stopped in for a pair of hiking boots. Didn't end up finding a pair unfortunately, but the employee was very nice and double checked in the back for my size even though it was unlikely. Ended up buying a hiking backpack, which we were also in the market for. Not the biggest store, but still enough variety. Employees are always the nicest.

Stopped in for a pair of their traditional boots. The gentleman working the shoe section was super helpful and attentive to the folks there. Was totally worth the visit just for the proper sizing.

Clothes for all types of outdoor sports and a good selection of footwear for both men and women. BIG inside and filled with exclusive LL Bean items. We were like kids in a toy store!

Went to the store to look for possible outdoor clothing options. Found a pair of jogging pants that were lightweight and comfy. Was not disappointed!

Great store, very clean as usual with any Bean location. We were in a rush and asked a staffer for help. He led us to two different areas that had our items. The store was well organized (although sizes were put of order in a few places). There was plenty of options, and the staffer even offered to look for our sizes in the storage area and online. We'd definitely come back. Bean is still #1 for customer service!

L. L. Bean has always been my go to store for items that I need to be quality. They have never disappointed, and if they ever did, their guarantee is second to none. Yesterday, as an added surprise, I found an item that I had wanted to buy for some time, on sale! Thanks Beans!

Friendly and helpful staff. This store has a good selection of Bean’s clothing and gear, though I was disappointed not to find the Union Suit-but who wears those anymore but me anyway? I got a great pair of pants on sale and as usual the quality is high and I’m satisfied.

Great customer service! I went in recently for a pencil pouch that the store did not carry. They were able to order me one and expedite the shipping to have in time to give as part of a gift. A small gesture but was greatly appreciated!

Bean always offer's the highest quality but tends to run a little more expensive than I commonly spend, but when I do I always feel good about everything. I've always felt their return policy is very fair and makes me comfortable ordering online from them knowing I can return things to the store.

A fun shopping experience, even if sitting on the patio is your favorite outdoor adventure. Beautifully displayed clothing, accessories, gear, and homewares. The cordial staff will help you find what you need and take care of you from start to finish.

Always stop in when I am in C'ville. Friendly staff, nice selection, and great to be able to see Bean stuff in person and try it on.

Friendly staff and clean place. Prices are a bit high in general, but you dont really go here for the best prices. They do have good sales you can find. Overall a good experience well worth visiting.

As always, a great store to just browse or to destination shop in. Well layed out, clean and neat. The staff was extremely helpful without being smothering, and the cashiers were very nice and accommodating also. All around a great visit!

Very neat and well organized store. They have a little of everything. Always good quality. Some items seem high price, like some winter coats, but they do look well-made.
